食器棚には2匹のゴキブリの死骸。クロージェットにも1匹の死骸があり、気持ち悪かった。部屋の匂いも酷く、2度と泊まりたくない。

highwayから近くて車を持っていればどこへいくにも便利。部屋は清潔で、タオルやシャンプー、洗濯機、ディッシュウォッシャーもついている。

ホテルの広さ、綺麗さ、水回りは値段通りの感じで良かったです。ただ、シティから離れており、周りのお店も夜早めにお店が閉じてしまうので不便でした。

年末年始に一週間滞在しました。お掃除は滞在中2回でしたが、タオルの交換ゴミの片付けは毎日行われていました。 高速道路の出入り口から近いためどこへ行くにも便利でした。

レンタカーを借りていたので、ハイウェイ沿いで便利でした。 騒音も気にならない程度です。 ただ清掃に問題あり、乾燥機に前のゲストのタオル類が濡れたまま残っていたり、ベッドサイドテーブルにも前のゲストの物が残っていました。 スタッフに話し片付けてもらいましたが、不快でした。 カーテンのフックも2部屋とも外れていたり、レースのカーテンは1部屋だけ有りませんでした。

レンタカーでの旅行で子供二人を連れての１０日間。こちらのアパートは、フリマントル、ロッキンハムへの日帰り、ロットネスト島への１泊旅行の後の滞在と、２度、計３泊利用しました。自炊キッチンはすべてそろっていて（調理器具、洗剤、スポンジ、キッチンタオルからオーブン、食洗機まで）大変助かりました。洗濯機、乾燥機、ベランダに干す際のラックまでありました。リビング、寝室、シャワールーム、ベランダとスペースも十分です。新しくはありませんが清潔でした。駐車場、wifiも無料で、フリーウエイのすぐ横でとても便利です。（騒音はありません。スワン川も眺められます）車の旅行者には大変お勧めです。

We asked for a single bed to be added to the room, which it was. However, it was placed directly in front of the air conditioner which needed to be on as it was very warm on both days of our stay. It was the only air conditioner and there was nothing in the bedroom. In the bathroom there was only 1 roll of toilet paper supplied which did not last 2 days. The grout between the tiles in the shower needed a good scrub to remove mould. The plug for the kitchen sink did not fit the plug hole. The door handle to the balcony was loose. The carpet in the lounge room had not been vacuumed properly and was evident when I moved the single bed. Generally, the room was very tired and neglected. The hotel was supposed to be manned from 10.00 AM but on both days there was nobody there at 10.00. The shower tile

The rooms are old and neglected and do not look anything like the website. We were texted late check-in details on the day of our arrival although we arrived within reception hours. I did not see Reception open the whole 5 days of my stay. The apartment had not been cleaned prior to our stay, rubbish in robe, mould in bathroom sink, thick dust on walls behind curtains. Killed three very big cockroaches over three nights. Kitchen sink plug did not fit. We ran out of toilet paper on day 3, with no spare rolls supplied in cupboard. Old stains on linen on main bed and on spare linen and blanket in cupboard. All appalling and I fought for a 50% refund which Wotif were every helpful in progressing. Do not stay at Lodestar Waterside Apartments. There is no service or attempt to maintain apartments.

Felt the place could of done with some maintenance. Cleaned better . The bathroom sink plug hole was black . Over the years of staying the price has more than doubled and the place is getting worse .

Place was dingy

Reception seems to be non-existent, with our room key and information left in a lock box despite checking in soon after 2pm. This was communicated clearly by email. We never saw anyone during our 1 week stay. Basic supplies were scarce; not enough glasses and cutlery for the number of guests, no plugs for sinks or cloths for washing dishes, a single dishwashing tablet for a 1 week stay, no broom. That might be ok if you're going to be serviced regularly, but nothing during a 6 night stay. Having no wifi is a real downside and a tv that doesn't have HDMI capability is limiting these days. The apartment needed a deep clean. Tiled floors clearly had dirt worn into the tile and grout. Walls were dirty along the beds. Beds not the worst I stayed in, but not particularly comfortable. Having a washer and dryer was convenient and the location is handy and walking distance to the river and South Perth cafes.

My stay was deeply disappointing. Upon arrival, we found the room was not as pictured. There was black dirt on the windows and a significant layer of dust throughout, which was a major issue for me as I have dust allergies. This resulted in a very uncomfortable night's sleep. On top of that, the screen door was missing from the entry, the light fixtures by the bed were loose and broken, and we even had to deal with someone else's half-eaten food in the fridge. The actual state of the property did not live up to the images or reviews previously seen.

Do not book unless you want to stay in a dump. No refund as advertised, shame wotif for having this apartment complex on your platform.

Was disappointed, photos very old, as is quite old inside. Could not see water, as motor way in front. Washing machine didn't work. Lounge very uncomfortable. Hardly any crockery to use. No milk. Wardrobe full of mess.

If there were negative stars, this place would deserve them. It doesn’t even qualify for one. We were placed in a unit where every other apartment on the floor appeared to be privately owned and occupied by people partying all night long. Despite the hotel’s own signage stating that quiet hours are from 11 pm to 7 am, the noise was non-stop. We called the “after-hours” emergency number, only to be told they couldn’t do anything about it. Things got so bad we had to call the police to file a noise complaint. That’s how out of control it was. To make matters worse, our balcony was under renovation and completely unusable—blocked off with safety hazard tape. It was not only an eyesore but a serious safety risk that should have made the room uninhabitable. The air conditioning unit was heavily rusted and incredibly loud. By the second day, we had to stop using it entirely because of the unbearable noise. How this property can legally rent out such a hazardous and poorly maintained space is beyond me—it’s a total violation of basic consumer rights. The most appalling moment came on the third day of our stay when the entire electrical circuit in our unit began flickering in the morning before cutting out completely. When we called the urgent after-hours line again, they said they couldn’t do anything because it was a public holiday. Unreal !! Rubbish experience from start to finish. This place is a disgrace and a serious safety and health concern. Avoid it at all cost.

It was conveniently situated. It was clean but for a self-contained unit there were things missing - eg soap, tea towel, dish washing detergent, dish sponge, tea/coffee/sugar depleted. Reception was poorly attended and very little welcoming.

Room was dirty, smelly & in poor condition. I had to leave after 1 night.

Excellent location. Close to the ferry, shops, eateries and the Zoo.

Very disappointing. Good location but poor customer service. Front office never open. Lack of supplies in the apartment. No sponge or even a chux to wipe the kitchen bench. No tissues - not even a spare toilet roll. Office never open so you couldn't ask for assistance.
