not so clean , but situation is good

wifi環境が悪かった以外は概ね満足

ヌーサから移動して来てこちらに４泊しました。外観はちょっと古い感じでしたが、部屋はキレイでとても広かったです。前が芝生広場でその向こうがすぐ海です。波の音が心地よく聴こえて風が気持ちよかったです。レセプションは別の所にあります。対応してくださった方がとても親切で安心しました。近くにはお店もたくさんあって、歩いて行ける距離にスーパー（ウルワーズ）があり便利でした。その近くのパン屋さんがとても美味しかったです。総合的に、全部で６部屋のこじんまりとしたアパートメントでしたが、静かで海にもスーパーにも近くとても過ごしやすい環境で泊まって良かったです。ただ、値段はちょっと高めです。

Dated, but you get what you pay for. We have stayed in ten different properties around Byron, so we knew what were were getting with Unit 23. Bed was comfy, shower great, kitchen worked fine - everything was fine. Unfortunately, the carpet desperately needs replacing, and when you are talking two bedrooms only, it's not that hard or that expensive. I've been in pubs with cleaner carpet that was less sticky than this, which unfortunately was a little off-putting if you have a shower before bed...then have to walk over the sticky dirty carpet!

This property was great for a one night stay but probably wouldn’t stay longer. In terms of value, for the price we paid this accomodation was very basic!! The property was dated and is in need of some repairs. The balcony door would not stay on the tracks and continually fell off so was unusable. Be aware, the car park space is very tight!

The location was very central, walking distance to town and the beach, the apartment was clean and tidy, suffice for two nights. Outlook over the grass parklands to the beach was gret. No A/C in bedrooms, only in living room, not suffice to cool bedrooms down. Fans in bedrooms not suffice to provide cooling making it uncomfortable to sleep as it was very stuffy even with windows opened. Given the openness to public parklands covers around the security latch looks to provide greater safety would have allowed us to leave the glass doors unlocked over night to provide better airflow.

Had a ground floor unit. Yes it's an old building with a basic kitchen but the location is amazing. Fresh clean and comfy. Quiet enough to hear the ocean. Comfy beds and lovely pillows. Our 2br unit exceeded our expectations.

Great position and good place to rest

Great location to main beach, walking distance to centre with many shops, bars and restaurants.

The property is quite run down and needs a deep clean. Communication was great and the towels were crisp white and fresh.

Fantastic location, right by the beach. Sadly disappointing inside. The size of the apartment was superb but it really needs an upgrade. The bathroom in particular smelled of years of urine and drains. It was clean but carpets were old and a little grubby. Curtains were hanging off the rail.

From the outside the building is terribly run down. My husband and I were very concerned about what we would find inside, to our surprise the unit we stayed in was clean and spacious, the beds were comfortable and the location was brilliant. However, in the main bedroom, neither bed side lamp worked, the blind in the second bedroom was broken, one of the screen doors wouldn’t lock and the carpet felt wet and sticky in some spots. Service wise, Stuart the maintenance guy was extremely helpful, without talking to him we wouldn’t have know we needed to go around the corner to Waves to check in, this was not communicated to us prior to our arrival and the printed sign stuck to a pillar with this info was too discreet. The first lady at reception we spoke to was actually unfriendly and rude when we went to ask her about leaving our car in the parking space prior to check in, even though Stuart had indicated there was plenty of room as previous guests had already checked out that morning. To our disappointment after letting her know this she just was still rude and unwelcoming. The second lady we spoke to at 2pm when we came back to collect the keys was very lovely and helpful.

Walking distance to the beach, shops & restaurants

Had no hot water in our apartment. Very disappointing.

Boendet ligger bra och kök var välutrustat. Även bra att man fick låna strandhanddukar, stolar mm MEN boendet är verkligen i behov av renovering och ordenlig städning. Kändes väldigt ofräscht. Ganska dåligt att inte ha wifi, även mindre bra att AC endast fanns i ett rum. Boendet är inte värd priset.

I will admit the complex was very scary looking on the outside but once inside was much better , great location right on the beach.

Best front desk staff, flexible. I had a last min panic as I forgot to book two spots (used to solo travel) the team said no problem - park at other tenants spot til they arrive tmrw. I’ll come back here for another stay. In addition to east parking, the property also was upgraded to fit us - no mention of this, just turned up to a bigger place with two rooms. Wonderful place and front desk. Highly recommend.

Main Beach are 70’s style older apartments that are kept clean, neat and very presentable. All functional items are available with fresh clean linen, towels and kitchenware. Outlook to Byron Main beach outweighs everything and you are literally in the beach. Very comfortable stay.
