Room was basic but clean and perfectly adequate. Staff were very helpful; I forgot my jacket when leaving but was assisted in retrieving it

Well where do you start , probably a mix of crack house , half way house , back packer accommodation. From the waft of pot smell the minute you walk in the place or the lights on in the dorm style hallway all night , to the constant stream of people coming and going all night knocking on doors or banging doors closed or the entrance doors left open all night this place is right on a major intersection so you have crack heads yelling up and down the street to a constant stream of cars hooning in and out of the roundabout or is it the Subaru outback in the carpark that has been dumped and full of rubbish. Absolute rip off ended up leaving at 2.30 am quieter to sleep on the highway than at this crack den . Will be seeking a refund let me tell you .

WAY OVERPRICED! Not good value at all. The pictures advertised when you book a room are VERY disceving. The bathroom wasnt cleaned properly. It flooded and everything got wet the drain is in the wrong spot. Not very good privacy. I did like having the use of the washing machine and dryer. Overall I wouldn't stay here again or reccomend to anyone .

The property manager was super friendly, helpful, and quick to respond. The room was clean, and having access to commercial-sized washers and dryers was a huge plus.
