Great staff and location.

Staff, location and restaurant

Front desk staff are great, location is perfect, accommodation is dated, dirty with basic amenities. We had to move to a second room as the bathroom was foul in the first; the second room also hadn't been cleaned properly. These are not corporate residences, they are Couldn'tCareLess Residences.

We spoke to the concierge about a late evening arrival. They assured us that we could access our room by calling a number when we got there. We drove 4hrs to reach our destination with a baby- to find that we could not access our room and there was no one to help us or assist. If it wasn’t for my parents we would have had to sleep in our vehicle. My 60 year old parents were staying there too (luckily) and let us in. They slept on the floor. It was an absolutely horrid situation. We chose to stay there because we wanted to be rested to attend a funeral. This did not happen. Severely disappointed. We expected more that just a refund. This did not occur. Don’t stay here if you can help it. I have stayed in a lot of places, we have never had this happen, ever. Very incompetent in this day and age. Staff also knew nothing about parking around the area. Huge overhaul and upskilling needed. The room was ok. Dusty around the skirting boards. Cleaning crew left red garbage bin in the hallway as we exited our room.

We were very disappointed at the level of noise coming from above us I rang reception twice the first time I asked her if there was maintenance on the building which I happen to see when I was collecting an Uber eats outside she said there wasn’t. I also asked about the banging coming from above our room which she told me it was just another room and the noise will stop after nine. I rang after nine as the noise hadn’t stopped yet. She didn’t really give me any clear problem-solving then all of a sudden I hear a man scream which was from the restaurant to which she said she heard and she’s close the restaurant doors no apology no nothing. The back door to a shed which is ridiculous. Decking to everyone else that stays there so no security the door itself doesn’t have a bolt so you could put even though the door was locked. You could push it through so there was nothing actually holding the door intact.

Dog friendly! Fantastic location, spacious and clean rooms and welcoming staff!

Room was clean but no deep soak bath tub as stated in their info. Staff were pleasant & helpful. Generally underwhelming experience but complimentary use of the coffee pod machine in the foyer for guests was a welcome addition to the usual crappy coffee sachets found in room did relieve a small amount of disappointment.

We had a balcony, the room was great, the staff were helpful. Enjoyed our stay

I did not appreciate the hoons driving up and down creating noise.

Good location close to eating places. Room a bit worn in places. Nice to have a dishwasher and a full stove, partial view to ocean restricted.

This went very well. The view over the yachts was very good. The staff were helpful & the 'studio' I stayed in had everything you could want (apart from the balcony which was under repair). Close to food & open space. Very likely to stay there again.

Was a little noisy, the air conditioner and fridge hummed quite loudly, making sleeping a little difficult. The unit itself was lovely.

Fabulous location right on Gem Pier. Lovely view over the water. We use two beds so needed one brought in. The foldaway bed was amazingly comfortable, and there was still plenty of room to move around it.

Elevator smelt of diesel.

Great venue for a wedding and it was lovely staying overnight. The rooms are a bit dated but reasonably priced for the lovely area close to the Yacht Club. The rooms have great views, and the studio room we stayed in was well equipped with kitchenette, fridge, dishes, dining and lounge areas. The beds are really comfortable. The bedroom area can be closed off from the rest of the room, making it dark and quiet. We did not hear the Karaoke going on at the end of the hall !! We look forward to returning soon.
