立地はとても良く、どこに行くにも便利な場所です ただ、掃除に関しては行き届いておらず不快に思う点もありました

I loved that it was so close to everything especially Southern Cross station. The noise from the construction site was annoying, however it was minimal if you kept the balcony door closed. Understood this is why I got such good value.

we liked the location, central to all facilities. Maybe should consider investing in a nespresso coffee machine!

Great location, close to restaurants, shops, trams and spencer st station.

Neat little apartment that was convenient to public transport and city attractions. Had some complimentary things. Only thing that I'd like to see would be hooks in bathroom or bedrooms for towels!

We were not offered the Manhattan property even after booking the same . so cant comment, No prior information by the landlord about the change in property

The apartment was perfect for a couple. Great location in the centre of the CBD of Melbourne. Surprisingly quiet given its location but we were on the 46th Floor. Fairly sparton in terms of utensils, 2 cups, 2 knives, 2 forks, 2 glasses - you get the idea.

Clean and big apartment. With paid car park space of 15 dollars per month

The apartment was relatively comfortable as well supplied. The building itself was occupied by smokers and the entire floor REEKED of cigarette smoke that got in and permeated the apartment. This was the most disgusting thing ever. In addition you could smell the garbage chute throughout the apartment if the balcony doors weren't open. Based purely on the fetid stench of cigarette I wouldn't stay here again

There is both good and bad with this apartment. We booked a 2 bedroom with "private plunge pool" for 2 adults and 2 kids (15 & 16). The good: 1. Very clean and modern apartment 2. 5 minute walk from Southern Cross Station 3. WiFi was good The not so good: 1. They advertise a "Private Plunge Pool". This pool is shared with all other apartments from all 52 levels. Not so much a plunge pool but just a pool. Nothing private about it. This was blatant false advertising. 2. The apartment was tiny. It was advertised as 63 sq/m. I think that figure is very generous. 3. Both bedrooms are more partitioned off than actual bedrooms. The doors are glass (opaque) and sliding. If there are any lights on in the apartment, there is no blocking that light in the bedrooms. 4. There is no reception. You need to ring a person on arrival to give you the keys and take you up to the apartment. Not so bad, just a little bit of a pain. 5. With 52 levels and only 4 lifts there is often a wait for the elevator in peak periods. Once in the lobby there was a line to the front door. Although very clean, modern and in a great location, I would probably not stay here again.

Great communication with staff to collect key. Room clean & perfect for family of 4. Great shower. Complimentary treats. Excellent location for Skybus/southern Cross Station. Lifts take a while. Nice balcony.

The location was convenient as it was only 3mins away from the station so we didn't have to lug our suitcases around too far. The hotel manager was very professional and responded to all queries efficiently. The cleanliness could've been a bit better as there was some rubbish under the bed e.g..food wrapping. Other than that the rest of the room was ok. The amenities were good as wellbeing as laundry and dishwashing facilities.

The apartment was clean and provided everything you needed. Also provided chips and chocolate which was a nice touch. We Stayed over Australia Day so a few noisy people out and about but the double glazing made the apartment nice and quiet.

The Apartment - is exactly as described and everything in the apartment worked fine. Nice clean bathroom, host supplied shower gel and shampoo. Basic kitchen utensils but enough to cook with, the host even supplied breakfast cereal as well. The beds were comfortable and there was plenty of closet space. The Area - is ok but not the best, it's very convenient for the Southern Cross train station and the tram, there is also a Coles supermarket in short walking distance. At the time of writing this review there was right across the street outside the living room window a huge construction site. Fortunately during our stay no work was going on however I can imagine it could be very noisy. The Host - was very nice and very friendly, he showed us into the room and explained everything, there is also a guest information sheet. We never needed to contact him during our stay. All in all it's a nice enough place.....it was fine for our 3 day stay.

So happy with our stay here, great location close to Southern Cross Station, most surprising was how fabulous it was for the kids (rock climbing walls, lovely gardens to walk around and indoor pool), also very clean and great provision of toiletries etc.
