値段を考えれば良いと思います。海まで歩いて行けたり、フェリー乗り場も徒歩圏内です。

学会への出張で使わせていただきました。 慣れない海外で不安でいっぱいでしたが、オーナーの人当たりがよく、親切にしていただいたので助かりました。 セキュリティにおいても、まずホテルに入るのに鍵が必要で、自身の部屋に入るのにも鍵が必要なので安心でした。 部屋が広く、床やベッドが清潔感があってよかったです。 ただし、シャンプーやパジャマが無いことは事前に知りたかったです。 あと部屋履きを用意しておけば良かったです。

Excellent and very quick customer service, answering the phone right away and allowing late check in. It didn’t feel the most safe of a place to sleep (although we did a late night check in so maybe that was why) but it was near the beach and it was clean.

You pay for what you get. We didn’t expect flash at that price. Just needed a bed. It was clean. Central. And the staff were accomodating. Would stay again.

Nice rooms and the reception was nice and plenty of car park space

Basic accomodation. Shower had a constant drip making room smell a little wet. Room probably needs a fresh coat of paint but room did the job. Good location. Nice and quiet place to stay.

As the price indicates this is cheap/budget accomodation. One toilet and shower for 12 rooms. Good location

The place was dreadful, dirty and noisy. I didn’t stay my second night. Over priced for what it was. Never ever go there.

Good location but at best a backpackers. No towels, no fan or ac, no toilet paper in morning and only one shower and toilet for ten multi share roomw

Not what it seemed online. Did not stay as the room was stuffy, unclean and just not ok for a small family to stay in. If I was a backpacker at 18yrs old, would have been fine.

Locality & the check in girl was able to give me off street parking .Venetian blinds were filthy in room 7.

No one was there to check us in we were left standing in the rain. Manager was eventually located and were were checked in after 1.5 hours. Room was very small and it rained through the roof onto the very slippery tiles. Wouldn't recommend and won't be back.

Arrived to discover there was no hot water in the room. Bathroom light didn’t work. Chose not to stay .

This was a budget choice and was fine for what we paid. Really close to public transport, restaurants and cafes, BEACH, a short walk into Manly and the ferry. No air con but there were fans in room. Our room had an en-suite and slept 4. Towels were old but seemed clean as was the bedding. It’s no 5star but considering where it’s located and how inexpensive it was we had no complaints. Cheap and cheerful.

Stained towels and bed sheets, No soap. Dirty kitchen. Took ages somebody open the door when we were on time for our check in, if you need any kind of assistance, nobody was arround

this is back packers acomodation!!!! not a boutiqu hotel as advertised! kitchen sink wasnt cleaned the entire time!!! 1 fork for ALL!!! no cooker - just baby belling you take outside!!!! boiling hot attic room

No free parking. No BBQ. Not clean at all. Just location that was good.
