駐車場がいっぱいで、スーパーの駐車場を無料なので使ってくれと、態度の悪いスタッフに言われた。同じビルの駐車場が無料で使えると思い予約したが、安全性の低いスーパーの駐車場でガッカリした。

Friendly staff, pet friendly - we even took the dog to dinner!

Rooms wwre clean, chrck was super quick. Very convenient to shopping centres

Staff helped us out with our pet friendly booking. Expedia allowed us to book but apparently the hotel needed to confirm it. Despite this the staff helped out. Bed was good. Carpet in bedroom was ordinary. Location great, close to the river and to the restaurants. Overall had a lovely stay.

Great Stay. Super impressed that pets are welcomed. Room was very clean, great big clear windows to see out and enjoy the city. Food (and the service) at the restaurant was exceptional. Overall we loved it.

Having a room on the north side meant I heard the reverberating thump thump thud of the bass from the nearby nightclub until probably 3am? As well as the cars going up and down the multi level carpark outside my window. Had a terrible sleep and had to drive to Canberra the next day. No-one visible at the desk at midnight.

The room was clean and a very good size. The staff were approachable and friendly. A good location and good facilities.

Check in was quick. Accessible room was well thought out with good sized bathroom and easy to move around with a walker. Central to food and supermarket options, great for a one night stopover

Sure was pet friendly shame about some of the staff. Delux rom but no plug for hairdryer in bathroom (fair enough safety reason but there was NO mirror where the plugs were). No check in advice re wifi ....easy enough but every place is different.I waited ages for reception to answer. You shoulnt say parking without saying the cost.

Check in staff was cranky and I was asked to pay for the room when room was already paid via Expedia.

Carpet was tearing and loose near door into room . Room 207. Otherwise quite good.

Great stay

Customer service was friendly and efficient. The room was clean and the bed was very comfortable. We had dinner at the restaurant. The meal was excellent and the staff were really lovely. A great overnight stay.

Receptionist made me feel bad and that they were doing me a favour and l had booked on the wrong website. I had called up when making the booking as I would be travelling with my dog. On Hotels.com website it wasn’t coming up with a dog friendly room. So I called and the receptionist confirmed it was available and I would have to pay a slight room upgrade on arrival which I was ok with. 3 days later when I arrived to check in. The receptionist was very rude and kept saying I was lucky a room was available. I even showed her the chat message and I showed her my call log as to when I had called. If I knew of another pet friendly hotel I would have gone to it. But after driving 6 hours I just wanted a room. And hey charged me an extra $100 dollars on top of the suite I had paid for. Then at dinner time I asked if I could eat at the side next to the restaurant as I had the dogs, I was quickly told no and that I would have to have room service, so I went to a restaurant close by that was more welcoming. Totally bad experience and made feel uncomfortable

The intercom to the parking and one of the two lifts were not working. We were allocated a disabled room that was not requested. The shower was terrible as was the breakfast. At 7am the next morning the fire alarm went off and all hotel guests had to evacuate. After the fire brigade turned the alarm off, all guests had to queue for one slow lift to get back to their rooms
