We had a suite which was well appointed and comfortably furnished. We only had breakfast on three occasions, availing ourselves of both the buffet option and the continental breakfast . Although the food was of good quality, it was nothing special .
Areas that could be improved
1. There was no book of instructions as to where to find plugs in the bathroom, where to switch on the fridge, how to change the settings on the air conditioning, there was no light over the safe so we had to fumble in the dark to open and close it, the cord on the kettle was too short to use in the kitchen area.
However, the desk staff were most obliging and were able to assist with grace and enthusiasm to remedy all of these niggles.

Very comfortable bed and lovely room. Good pillows. Restaurant was good and I loved the Nasi Goreng. Very reasonable price. Great breakfast. Would definitely stay again.

駐車場がいっぱいで、スーパーの駐車場を無料なので使ってくれと、態度の悪いスタッフに言われた。同じビルの駐車場が無料で使えると思い予約したが、安全性の低いスーパーの駐車場でガッカリした。

A chip on the floor behind the desk from someone’s room service dinner I’m guessing.
No bottled water in the room - had to go to the bar to get it.
No staff at reception on check out at 08:45am on a Wednesday morning.
Nothing other than a small UHT million fridge.
No usb ports for devices and very few PowerPoints.
Not so suitable for a business stay

executive room has great view of the hilly side of Albury.
room was relatively small with fewer kitchen utensils and have to ask for dinner plates. Room is not self-contained with dinner plates.

Such a convenient place. Room was amazing with city view. Room service wasn’t great at all.
Stay would be pleasant if the breakfast buffet would be nice. You have to pay extra for barista coffee.
