マントラ・ブロードビーチ・オン・ザ・パーク

高級コンドと言う部類より少し劣るとは思います。でも、海外での１ウイーク以上滞在した経験者なら普通に過ごす事が可能です。立地条件もお店や海から遠すぎず近すぎずといった感じで、良かったです。カジノやショッピングセンターにも徒歩５分位でした。セキュリティも有り、不自由はあまり感じませんでした。部屋の間取りが良く、隣の大きな笑い声も玄関ドアの外の廊下なら聞こえますが、室内では一切聞こえませんでした。 安心して家族でトランプゲームなどして大きな声で笑う事が出来てとても良かったです。 地下車庫から部屋廊下へは直接エレベーターでアクセス出来ます。 ブロードビーチまでサーファーズから離れると日本人にはほぼ会う事は無くて外国に来た感じは最高です。

Spacious living areas, well kept pool and surrounds, and close proximity to shops and the beach made Mantra Broadbeach on the Park a great location for our holiday.

Our 2 bedroom/2 bathroom apartment was very spacious. Location of the hotel and its ammenitied were excellent. I was a little disappointed as id requested 2 king/queen beds as the bedding configuration and we were given 1 king, 2 singles. I asked reception if they could have the 2 singles made into a queen/king. He said yes no problem, then asked if it could be done the nect morning instead. I agreed. It was never actioned. We also asked about arranging a late checkout or if we could use the pool facilities after checkout no one got back to us about that either. Whilst the apartment was spacious, with a large comfy couch, i feel the cleanliness of the kitchen and bathrooms could have more attention to detail. There were also missing remotes from the 2nd bedroom so you couldnt use the ceiling fan when the bedroom light was off.

We only stayed two nights, but really enjoyed our stay. I would recommend this apartment

Everything was great about the property except for the car park. Was given the smallest car park available and barely fit car in. Carpark also had a small storage shed on end so parked as close as I could but the car still stuck out into the driveway

The location was fantastic but the apartments allocated to discount booking websites are old and ours was above the local restaurant bin area. It was very noisy at night.

Good value in this location. Only minor thing was the air conditioner motor was a little bit loud - but I would still stay there again.

Loved the balcony. Loved that the apartment was completely self contained.

Great spot, gorgeous views! This is a great size for a family of 4, with all amenities, including an ensuite for the master bedroom. The only downside is that it could have been little cleaner. The floors in the bathrooms didn't seem to be cleaned very well. Also, we tried to do a vacuum of the floor when we were packing up and the vacuum didn't work very well. Otherwise, it was lovely! Would stay again!

After hours check in via intercom dropped out 4 times. Aircon squealed. Apartment clean and presented well.

My particular appartment was a little tired and the air conditioning was pretty useless, but otherwise the location and condition of the property was really good.

This property is well located, close to shops and dining. I realise it is an older property, it was chosen for its proximity to the convention centre. Plus, some of us had stayed at Mantra Sharks in Southport, very clean and comfy. Pros - spacious, apartment, including a big kitchen which we didn’t use. Friendly staff, who lent us umbrellas. Big en-suite bathroom. Comfy beds with block out curtains in bedroom. Cons - not cleaned properly before our visit, goop on granite en-suite benchtop, hair in shower, gum left under a foil square on a bedroom table. one bathroom had watery liquid soap, which ran out during our 4 day stay. We didn’t complain, as topups were charged and we made do. Floors don’t feel clean, maybe that’s just Qld humidity. We did a load of washing, and it was covered in lint. A shame, don’t mind the well worn leather lounges, but the lack of cleaniness makes me think I’ll try another hotel next time.

So we checked in about 2.50pm (10 mins early) - to be told no problems, your room is ready. Except - it was filthy, bed not made and bathroom a mess. Back down to reception - sorry we’ll send someone. By the time we got back, crew was arriving and spent all of 5 mins. Took all the fridge items we’d put in before we realised it wasn’t clean and bathroom was still revolting - including no hand/body wash in either shower or hand basin. When I asked for hand/body wash the next morning (we didn’t realise until late that night) - I was treated with disdain, ‘no that can’t be possible’. ‘You are wrong’. No - nothing to wash our hands with or shower with. One room key you provided also failed to work. I won’t bore you with the rest of the issues but suffice to say - I will never stay at another mantra and recommend you don’t, either. And if you stay here, bring thongs as the carpet is disgustingly dirty to walk on with bare feet. Never again.
