SKYBUSの停留所へのアクセスもよく、部屋も広くて清潔感があり宿泊してよかったです。

２部屋。１部屋は広くて使いやすくとてもよかった。もう１部屋はシャワー、キッチン、寝室が３フロアに分かれており、夜起きて、３階の寝室から１階のバスルームまでトイレにいくのが不便だった。

日本のこじんまりとしたビジネスホテルのような趣だが、キッチンを含め基本生活に必要な設備は完備している。スタッフは人柄良く、対応も大変気持ちの良いものでした。

The staff were excellent, particularly at Reception who gave me good advice regarding shopping. It was central to most of what I wanted to do. I had all that I required for my stay. I loved the hot shower & the toiletries smelled beautiful. I would definitely stay at Mantra One Sandy Bay Road again.

Very spacious apartment with everything we needed. Location is good, walking distance to the waterfront area.

This property was amazing!! Couldn’t believe how big the apartment was, incredible. Location was fantastic, 5min walk to Salamanca. The staff were awesome, friendly and helpful especially Colleen and Sanita. Can’t wait to be back!!

Great location

We stayed in a studio apartment for 4 nights. It was very spacious, comfortable and well-appointed. There was a washer / dryer, which was handy as our stay was part of a longer trip. Parking was available onsite. The location was walkable to Salamanca Place, the harbour and the city centre. Despite it being at a major intersection, it was relatively quiet and the beds were comfortable. The staff were helpful.

Very spacious apartment. Had everything we needed. Great location. Walking distance restaurants, cafes, the harbour and key attractions.

Lovely welcome by Anne who gave all the important information about my staying. The only disappointment was the amount of dust in the room.

The Receptionist Anna made our stay so pleasurable. Anna was always helpfull polite and constantly smiling. Fantastic front desk service. The Mantra One was our home away from home!

good location

This is an amazing apartment that is suitable for a longer stay. We were phoned 24 hours before to double check all our details, including the parking we had requested. If you are driving in and out of Hobart, it is worth paying for the parking at the hotel as there is very little parking available close by. The parking spaces are a little tight if you have a very large vehicle. But the team were amazing and the room was so clean. When we ran out of supplies they happily replenished. Please note they do not do housekeeping unless you stay 7 days. It is perfectly placed to walk all over Hobart if you are without a vehicle as well. Just be sure to know the driveway is less than 100m from the intersection of Davey Rd. Enjoyed it immensely!

Property location and stay was excellent- HOWEVER the washer dryer DID NOT dry. Apart from that they were amazing!!

Large separate living area from the bedroom. Brand new carpet was greatly appreciated.

The studio was spacious and suitable to our needs. The location was very so convenient. We loved our stay in Hobart.

Property was central and in close walking distance to Salamanca place, city etc. Front of desk were very helpful. Housekeeping cleaners could put more effort into cleaning
