This property is getting older but that was not important. It is kept very clean with a comfortable bed and good space for working, eating and relaxing. It also has all the essentials for simple meal prep in a very convenient location, with an easy walk to supermarket, banks, good food and cafes, pharmacy etc. Free parking was always available. And all people involved there were friendly, helpful and responsive. I'll be staying there again

Room was not as advertised online. Had to ask for room change. Sofa bed was like a brick. Bathroom facilities poor - no bench, no soap holder in shower. Room smelt. Aircon was poor.

Great location, close to tram and pubs and shops. Comfortable and clean. Quiet. Great communication from staff

Hotel was clean and quiet and so convenient. Minor issue with leaking taps when turned on but that did not hurt me

We stayed in one of the more rooms with dated bed covers however the beds were comfortable and I am used to my own pillow. I would suggest adding a small long life milk in the fridge and better tea and coffee products. For the price, it was a good overnight stay and suited our needs.

Close to where I needed to be next morning. Got woken too early by another customer yelling

Firstly, there is no dedicated spot to park your car while you check in, has to park in front and do a U turn back in order to get in the parking. The parking has no direct way getting into the hotel so you kinda have to walk out of the parking and walk through the front door( floor is very slippery when wet as well) We were placed on a top floor of a 3 story building, even if we stated we are traveling with a child. There is no elevator so we are carrying 3 lugguages up stairs, the parking downstair are not marked for rooms and limited as well, as we went out to grab a macca drivethrough we lost our original parking and has to park to the last spot near the gate. Owner(front desk staff) seems to live in the room right next to the front desk and will stare out the window at you as you return to the place. Room was a bit poor design with bed inches from the bathroom door and no coffee table infront of the sofa. But the price was decent and only staying for a night, perhaps great for a short stay.

Quiet and safe - but my bed had bed bugs. I was bitten extensively - all over my hands, arms, legs, neck, face and legs. I then pulled the sheets back only to discover they were filthy with stains, foreign hairs and debris.

I had a very comfortable stay. Room was big with a full kitchen. The bed was super comfortable. Recommended!
