Spacious room. Small bathroom. Heating worked well. Contactless check in - had to call a number for them to remotely let us in the hotel and our room. Microwave and plates in the room was handy. Free street parking overnight. Overall good value for money.

Easy to find and convenient on site parking available for a slightly extra cost. No lift so need to be able to climb stairs to access the rooms. Generally clean room - kitchenette could have done with a thorough wipe down, including door handles, etc. Comfortable bed. Some water spillage from the stepless shower base when having a shower. Pubs, restaurants in close proximity. Overall, very happy and priced well.

Air conditioner did not work ( so room was freezing) , key pad for check in to room was faulty (took at least siz goes to get access to room) and worst of all, carpet was soaking wet in front of shower. Sent text as soon as we arrived listing all the issues but no response at all. Very disappointing

First night was ok, second night there was an attemped break in to the underground carpark.

Convenient location, friendly staff and great price.

Fantastic value for money. Excellent location; this time just a 13 minute drive to St Vincents Fitzroy for appointments. Bit of a struggle for people with mobility issues due to stairs.

Regional Victoria travellers. Room was quite spacious, comfortable, very clean and quiet. Very good restaurants/cafe`s short walking distance. Excellent staff, very helpful and caring. Easy driving access to City, Airport and surrounding suburbs. Overall, a very pleasant stay.

Staff were wonderful. It was great being able to actually talk to someone regarding a booking. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Was great to see someone was always at the desk. Room was tidy and neat and bed was very comfortable. No complaints here. Will book there again if I’m ever needing to stay in that area.

BED BUGS, POOR PLUMBING, NO CLEANING, AND NO STAFFING... We booked a 7 night stay here, and the first day once I had a shower the drain was backing up and filling the entire bathroom floor with water. The hot water tap only gets luke warm. After a couple of nights I started to notice bites on my daughter's body after waking up, I brushed it off initially and then looked under the bed which is covered up with layers of foam and bedding stained in blood from bed bugs and other people.... Absolutely disgusting and unhygienic place. There is no person at the front desk and the service is very poor. Worst place I have ever stayed at, especially for the price. Stay at a better hotel and AVOID at all costs!!!

Good value for $

Stayed here for 5 nights. The room was clean and spacious, with cooking facilities. I upgraded to a ground floor room for a small reasonable surcharge. Free parking was also available. Comfortable stay overall.

Staff service was 10/10 - no room for improvement- they couldn’t have been more helpful and friendly. Tram to the city is 100m from the front door. Room size HUGE.

Staff member was in attendance so checkin was easy. Spacious room.

Room was not clean and at 10 pm another guest given access to my room as it double booked

This property is getting older but that was not important. It is kept very clean with a comfortable bed and good space for working, eating and relaxing. It also has all the essentials for simple meal prep in a very convenient location, with an easy walk to supermarket, banks, good food and cafes, pharmacy etc. Free parking was always available. And all people involved there were friendly, helpful and responsive. I'll be staying there again
