Ideal room for a stay, very clean, friendly staff, good location.

Great for an overnighter while travelling Syd-Melb. The room was clean and spacious. Bed very clean and comfortable. Quiet and convenient location…great pub (The Star Hotel) nearby for excellent food and a drink. Parking was free.

We will never stay here again. The superior king room had nothing superior about it. The bathroom tap leaked all night. Its a washer. Replace it. The plates and cups and cutlery are on the bottom of the cupboard under the sink. For someone with mobility issues this is a problem. To even access the room you have to go up stairs that are not up to code, with lumpy and uneven steps that would not pass code. The handrails are too low to be safe up on the balcony. Also the spiderwebs on the handrails are off-putting. The adjoining door of our room was opened by the guest in the next room just as we were going to sleep. We had to move the sofa in front of the door. Not restful. Never staying here again.

Parking was very easy and good

Parking was easy, as was check in. The room was clean (extremely dark because of all the brick, but ok) and shower was good. The smell of the air freshener that had been used was so strong it was making us feel very ill. It seemed like it would have been clean enough not to have to cover any smells so my suggestion is to get rid of the chemical air freshener. We couldn’t wait to get into the fresh air!

Great room except in need of an update. Taps were old and in need of replacement. Apart from that it was great. Comfortable, clean and quiet.

Spacious room and motel in a good location. However the condition of our unit was sub-standard in various respects. The bathroom towel rails were broken as were fridge door shelves, kitchen bin was dirty as was floor behind the toilet. The doona was stained and just wrapped in a sheet which fell off. Not the best value for money.

Perfect motel. Only one tiny note and this is more of a heads up rather than an issue - the outlets are hard to get to from the bed. So keep in mind you’ll have to sleep with your phone away from you if you charge it overnight. And apparently you shpuld be anyway! Haha. So just a note for those who wanna know ;)

Good clean room and good location

It was a good place to stay for the 1 night on our way through. Great sized tele on the wall so kids were happy. Very basic supplies in the Kitchenette, and not enough crockery but we made do with what we had (only 2 plates for 4ppl). Lots of cobwebs hanging from the roof though, no screen on the shower door which was an interesting experience to watch the tele from the shower! It did the job!

Great value, a little old, but comfortable, quiet, spacious and clean. With a metal instead of a plastic kettle would be even better

Lovely large clean room in a quiet area.

Clean facility, room was clean and acceptable. Bathroom was a problem, shower door only slip opened just enough to get in, window did not open at all, no ventilation fan so bathroom fogged up. Kitchen facility in room good, but confused why there was a coffee machine requiring pods but no pods supplied, would have been just happy with coffee and kettle. Nice facility.
