What a beautifully kept property. From the minute I drove on to the property I was impressed by the tidiness and well maintained our door areas. I was greeted by friendly front desk staff as well as the cleaners who were busily working. Once I entered my room I was even more impressed. What a clean and tidy room that smelt fresh and looked perfect. The bed was so comfortable and the pillows were perfect. I will definitely check in again next time I'm staying in Warrnambool. Highly recommend anyone looking for a great stay to check in to the Mid City Warrnambool.

場所もわかりやすく、メインストリートに近く、レストランにも徒歩で行ける便利な場所にあります。スタッフの説明もわかりやすく、ベッドも大きくとても快適に過ごせました。初めて訪れる街としては、理想的な立地のモーテルだと思います。この街に初めて来る人にとっては、ベストの選択と言ってもいいでしょう。

Very standard motel accommodation. The inside of our room stunk like strong cleaning supplies when we arrived. The bathroom had definitely seen better days. Can tell that it had recently been painted but very dodgy job. Paint splatters everywhere. The whole place could use an upgrade and better cleaning. The bed was very comfy and the room was large. Don't bother with the pool as its freezing and the spa was non existent. Very central to the mall tho which we loved.

Have been staying here over a long period of time and the standards have slipped markedly. Paid $200+ for a standard room and found the amenities very underwhelming.

Rusty bin in toilet needs to be replaced, non-functional corridor light, shower needs to be checked due to no enough cold water for adjustment , also no microwave in the room causing inconvenience

Room was clean although, i do not like seeing mold in the shower and there was mold. Internet wifi as we tried to watch a movie was not good to the piont we did not watch. And the bathroom door fell of its rails 3 times and the last time we couldnt even put it back up. We were only there for 1 night.

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and they had already set up the roll away bed for us which was good. There was no flyscreen on our window so we couldn't open the window to get fresh air without bugs. It was in a central location. The bathroom door didnt close easily.

Clean room and spacious. The bathroom was refurbished but with dripped paint, loose plumbing, and a broken fixture left in the vanity. The reception was off-hand prior to check-in, very pleasant after. Nevertheless, the location and facilities are good. We'd stay there again.

We had a King Bedroom booked for the 10th Jan.for one night only.at a cost of $175.50.I was dying for a cup of tea when we arrived only to find 1 English Breakfast,2 Green Tea & 1 Chamonile teabags in the cupboard not one normall
