スタッフがとても親切だった

トイレから若干水漏れがあった点のみ不満があったが、その他はサービス、設備含めて非常に良かった。特にラグーンプールは素晴らしかった。

ミィンディルビーチの夕陽を期待して滞在したが、想像以上に素晴らしい夕陽を見ることができた。 スタッフがみな笑顔で素晴らしい。 部屋の空調調節がむずかしかった。設定温度を上げると、湿気でフロアが湿ってしまい滑るほどになった。

ビーチ側にしてもらったのですが、景色が最高。予想より部屋も広く快適。バスタブがあるなら湯船に浸かれるように蓋が欲しかった。レストランも常設で便利。

Room service closed early, receptionist was rude and stated when asked why this is outside of advertised hours“would you like me to go and cook for you, that’s not my job”

Service very poor. Staff not friendly and felt like we were annoying. Ordered room service twice. After 1.45hrs called them and reminded them we were waiting. Still didn’t turn up so we abandoned and went elsewhere to spend our money. On the way out of the hotel I notified front desk of our experience and to cancel the order and he didn’t even apologise. Wouldn’t stay there again.

The pool was lovely We used the lagoon as it was a Sunday and the infinity was a bit too busy The lagoon was so relaxing and quiet Our room was clean and comfortable It just had a bit of a funny smell but it could have been cleaning product not sure. We let reception know on check out and they were so good about it and would have it seen too. Over all great stay. Staff were great too!

Whilst the property is in a good location, Room 81 is right next to the back of house service area and noise from staff entering/exiting the door and activities in this area travelled through to the room. The Sandbar is great for casual dining although is not open on Mon/Tue/Wed evenings, il Piatto is closed on Mon/Tue evenings and Dragon Court is closed on Tue/Wed evenings which if you are staying at the hotel in the first half of the week limits your choice of venue to The Vue which is below average in food options and quality - plus throughout the evening you are constantly interrupted with announcements from the Casino into the restaurant of "member number ..... you have three minutes to claim [$500, $1000 ...] prize money...:

Loved everything about this resort. Exceptional food, even the in-room dining arrived fresh and hot. Pools were incredible. Will definitely be back.

Staff always very helpful and friendly. Facilities awesome and great proximity to lots of clubs along the beach walkway for evening drinks and sunset views.

Pool areas as always..perfect Rooms need updating,bathroom tiles need good clean.

Positives: great location, a couple of minutes from CBD by car, towards sunset, close to Mindil Beach market. Negatives: no soundproofing in the rooms, disappointing breakfast, slow service.

Beautiful sunsets

Room was tired & outdated but clean, cleaning staff always smiling & friendly. Markets Thursday & Sunday evenings but no shopping options close by. Free shuttle to some main attractions close by would be helpful for guests. Staff at desk a little vague about sightseeing options for tourists, not helpful when we asked. Lovely pool, pool bar very nice but small. The area around the pool bar should be adults only, no children splashing & yelling around customers or taking up the stools. The pool bar staff are lovely considering during our stay, we observed two males on seperate days, being rude & very disrespectful to the staff making drinks. The staff did very well ignoring the insults. It didn’t appear there was any security close by to ask the men to leave. Overall our stay was pleasant, we weren’t there for the casino so not sure we would stay there again.

10 minute walk into town. pools were perfect. would of liked a security measure from casino to hotel as anyone could just walk in from the casino use lifts. but a beautiful location.
