The room condition was pretty poor.

Great atmosphere, clean room, accessible and friendly staff.

Stayed facing the waterfront, the room was freshly cleaned, drinks were kept cold in the mini bar fridge! Coffee & Tea condiments were provided. Parking was secure and the staff were very friendly. Air con was helpful during hot days. Close to shops and restaurants. Bed was comfortable. No noise!

Parking area limited near room. Room very outdated and wall coatings peeling. Very basic if looking for somewhere simple. Was overpriced in my opinion.

Comfortable beds, everything you need is in the room. Great bar and bistro that is part of the complex. Commended the chef on the steak, it was memorable.

The room was clean and tidy, , carpets were new and the room was freshly painted since my last stay, although the single bed was not good, very worn out , uncomfortable and hard to sleep on but the queen bed was comfy ( my friend slept in the queen bed) bar staff were very lovely and the meal was good in the bistro

Pleasant setting overlooking river.. Room opened directly from parking with no other outside door so less safe , Convenient location for town and roads . Bathroom has step to enter and tiles need updating . Not very easy for a traveller with mobility issues,. Staff very helpful and.. map of area provided

The room is very old and dated but served it’s purpose

The Room was Clean & Comfortable, yes a bit dated, but fit for purpose. We all had a restful night. However, for a family of 4, the "Family Room" was very "snug", so I not sure about the value for money as we have stayed in plenty of other places for less $$ with space to move. I also think an additional curtain across the bathroom would provide better privacy for the shower user as an unfortunately placed mirror meant the people on the beds see you coming out of the shower.

The accommodation was basic but well appointed and the staff were more than friendly and helpful.

Convenient location. Meals are good. Overall just a bit run down.

Great setting next to the river. Great place to have a beer watching the sunset.

Great service from staff, friendly and providing. A big shout out to the kitchen chefs for accommodation my carnivore dietary requirements, loved the plate of meat and appropriate sides :).

Like that you a near water and there’s a pub

Prime location with excellent view and warm ambience. Love it!

Staff were wonderful . Food at the pub was good . Room was basic but comfortable.
