地方のモーテルということであまり期待せずに行ったのですが、こちらのカタコト英語に対して受付の方の感じの良さは素晴らしかったです。部屋の年季は入ってますが、掃除が行き届き、湿気の多い地域にもかかわらずカビがきちんと除去されて清潔だったのがよかったです。サービスのクッキーやお水なども美味しく、洗面所も明るかったです。バスルームはシャワーのみで、隣の音が聞こえるといった欠点は、安いモーテルということで織り込み済み。この日は年1回の地元のお祭りであるオーストラリアン・イタリアンフェス前日のため、満室でした。この中規模フェスもローカル感があり、大人も子供も楽しめるとても良いお祭りでした！モーテルと同じ通りの、歩いて5分のシーフード店で美味しいフィッシュ&チップスを買いました。一般的なディープフライドのほか、ボイルやバターソテーといった料理方法も選べます。持ち帰りのみ。地元の人も電話予約でたくさん来店されていました。夕飯はこちらがおススメです。

The rooms are tired and need a refresh, eg dripping taps need new washers; the doors on bathroom vanity need replacing; the door lock need a puff of graphite in the locks to make them work properly. Nice central location to the wetlands and shops. Best coffee at JK's Cafe - great cakes

Good average 3 star motel.I had the front room which was a bit noisy. Walking distance to town centre is a bonus.

The rooms are old and need some work.

WiFi is atrocious constant disconnection and difficult to maintain. Front curtains when the light in on allows people outside complete visibility inside. The bath and shower door is not working and cannot be closed, the bath faucet is leaking heavily. The beds were good and clean but I would skip due to the above not a good experience I'd rather pay extra and not have the lack of privacy and low rate facilities.

Room was a good size and bed was comfortable but the bathroom was very small and the shower was tiny. I am 6’1” tall and 100kg (so not a small man) but I could only just fit in the shower.

Whole reason booked was due spa bath, very happy :)

Rather old building at bargain rate

I have stayed at this motel before and the owners then kept the motel very clean and tidy. But when we arrived at the motel, the S/C was not blowing cold air out, so we checked the intake filter and it was so full of dust that that is why the A/C was not getting air. The room was dirty in places around windows and ledges, and the shower needed to have a professional look at it as it was loose where it was attached to the wall and if moved it would likely break off. I could not recommend the motel to anyone in the condition we found the room. The grass outside the units needed to be mowed as it was over 200 mm high in places.

The property looks run down however i had a great night sleep. The room was very basic but clean and the bed comfortable. I would stay at this property again due to the location convenience and price.

Arrived 7.25pm. There was no one around to check in. Seen a room made up with the lights on that was the same as what we booked, found a key under the mat

Nice place for an overnight stay. Comfortable with all the basics covered. No problem at all with staying again sometime

Handy location and reasonable price

I was called on the day of the booking. Payment was made and I was told the key would be under the mat. Arrived 5-5.30 pm, no key under the mat. Reception locked. Called the contact number, rang out twice. Eventually was called back, someone would be back at the property in 15-20 mins. Motel is located very close to a main road and lots of trucks passing in the early hours, so not a good sleep

I don't like the noise from next door. The water on my wash basin wasn't draining. Where to get water for the kettle?
