Lovely accommodation at the back of the hotel. Comfortable and clean. Tea and coffee supplied. Nice touch. Would recommend.

Room it self was good with a nice bathroom surrounding area was nice pub a joined to hotel room was awesome just the beds was a massive let down hard as but that was all the rest was very nice

Did not like trying all night to connect to the Pub-Free-Wifi with no success. Did not like waking up for a shower before starting our journey with NO HOT WATER

Bed was fine asked if electric blanket had been replaced when given the same room number was told they didn’t have a clue so was given another room to stay in

The Fisherman's Basket was expensive($38) and pathetic. One piece of deep fried fish, few bits of limp calamari and three tiny bits of prawn in a mayonaise sauce.

Sadly noisy at night with a ?pump generator or similar running at the time. Everything else goog

Need a Key drop box for early checkout. Had to leave the keycard in the room.

The mind bogglingly slow check-in for the person in front of me took 15 minutes with the staff member working through multiple screens on the computer, disappearing into a back office, returning, shuffling paper then having to go and find the remote card terminal. Ultimately, the guest was given his breakfast pack and told it was part of the tariff. My check in took less time because I had prepaid but it was still multiple screens, a paper based registration and then I was informed they had run out of breakfast packs and the property didn't provide breakfast and people didn't eat them anyway...........strange. The motel rooms were quiet only after the large screen TV in the outdoor area was turned off. It blared out from morning until late in the evening. I didn't once see anyone using that space, probably because it was cold and wet! On a positive note, the room was clean and comfortable even though the bathroom was very small. Parking was convenient and aside from the frustrations of the check-in and the noisy TV the property was value for money.

Shower was great in terms of pressure and hot water but the standard two-arm adjustable shower head was ancient and leaked badly jetting water onto the ceiling. Room 1 isn't great with all the a/c compressors along the outside wall to the extent the wall vibrates all night and quite noisy. The area out the back of the pub where the motel rooms are is very average and untidy. Plus side room itself great beds v comfy food generally good except pizzas terrible.

Very comfortable bed. good kitchen facilities. not a lot of room in the bedroom & only 1 office chair to sit on in the room, so 2nd person had to sit on bed to eat & or watch TV. Bathroom very tiny - with a very narrow door to get in there.

ROOM 2 L/H electric blanket did not appeat to be working Hand basin tap needs maintenance
