そこそこ快適なホテルです。 シャワー、トイレが男女共用なのとキッチンが少し狭いのが気になりましたが、混雑時でなければ問題なく使えます。 フェリー、バス乗り場は近くにありますが あまり本数がありません。

口コミが良かったので期待していたのですが残念。 半地下のツインルームでしたが、臭いが、、、カビくさくて寝れません。 オーナーもたぶん気づいている！？窓全開でファンが回っていました。 スタッフはフレンドリー、シャワールームもキレイ、でもあの臭いには辟易です。別の部屋だったら問題なかったのかもしれませんが、もう利用しないでしょう。 I was disappointed that the room had a moldy smell.

Renovierungsbedürftig und leider recht hellhörig.. Küche gut ausgestattet.. wir hatten Glück und es waren 3 super leise andere Gäste gleichzeitig da.. Gemeinschaftstoilette grenzt direkt an Küche.. das ist bei gleichzeitiger Nutzung doch recht unangenehm.. das Personal war aber sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.. für eine Nacht ok..

Room was hot as no air conditioning and very light as hallway light came in through gaps around door. No notification of how to check in as no staff on desk. A note to advise how to find key would have been hellful

This is the second time i've stayed at Neutral Bay Lodge and found it just as great. The beds are very comfy and the shared facilities are always clean. The area itself is quite with good transport links to the city centre and airport. It doesn't take long at all to get around. I would definifelt stay again 😊

There was a scaffolding in the front of the building just where our room was with workers working after business hours. Charging full price based on that is not ok. We were in room 2 which is ground level just next to the entry door. Early leavers would not hold the door to shut so it would slam.

I stayed at this motor lodge for 2.5 weeks while my bathroom was being renovated, and it was a really comfortable and convenient place to stay. The room was simple but had everything I needed, and the shared bathrooms were always clean and well-kept. What stood out most was the friendly and welcoming staff—they made the stay much easier and more pleasant. Really appreciated the hospitality!
