1Fにバーがあるホテル どちらかというとドミトリーに近い感覚です。 レストランもバーのカウンターという認識の方が正解です。 共同のバス・トイレは男性用のところが少し破損しており 使用できないところもありました。 裏手は自動車販売会社で整備工場が稼働しております。 日中ゆっくり過ごすということをしなかったので その環境が良いかどうかの判断はできませんが バー兼ホテルの従業員の対応は良かったですし 比較的設備もきれい。比較的大きな通り沿いにあるので 夜間も怖いという感覚は無かったです。

Staff were helpful, but their open hours were limited. Power outlets did not work except for only one. Sink was clogged on the first day. Blanket under one of the two beds was stained and hidden under. The opening of electric water boiler/kettle was broken and unable to open; used the small opening to pour in water to still utilize. Used “do not disturb” sign for all days there as we preferred for our room to not be entered by house keeping for personal reasons; on of those days, I found out that one of house keepers entered our room as they refilled our counter with more coffee and sugar and fixed our beds. QR code to order food from room and to be delivered to room was not functioning; so, I had to order from downstairs. No functioning elevator; only stairs. On first day, we were told that we were able to use the stairs from inside of the hotel which I believe was safer. For the remaining three days, we had to use the side entrance from outside which ended up being the only entrance that led to more stairs to reach our room. Unfortunately, there were many negatives/disadvantages than positive/benefits. I would say that the staff were helpful for the most part with what they could and able to, and the food at the restaurant was good for what it was worth. Additionally, one of the workers gave me a free fountain drink.

Everything was perfect but the showers were dirty and I had to stand in the shower to open and close the door but other then that stay ways good

The room was quiet, clean, included modern furnishings but was quite small. Its being renovated, there was no construction noise, but the common access points to to the hotel rooms look a bit rough! I'm sure once the reno's are done it will be a big improvement to those spaces. Plenty of car parking and easy to find.

Property was fine but constant banging of the female bathroom door and entrance door kept me awake

Fine place to stay

The pub food was outstanding. The bed was one of the comfiest I have ever laid on, and I've stayed at a million hotels. Yes the lobby is under repair so access to the rooms is outside at the moment and there is no functional lift at this time. If that doesn't bother you, you'll thoroughly enjoy your stay. The staff was so lovely, I couldn't have asked for a better experience

Back entry door soft closer were in-op. every time when someone uses the door it was slamming middle of the night. causing disturbance sleep.

Very happy with the room just disappointed that the TV was not working. Couldn’t get any normal channels or any of the streaming services working.

Entry needs a tidy up and trades working on the extension start works before 7am

Convenient & value for money

We have waited over one hour to be checked in, their internet wasn't working. They should have another way to admit customers, we were extremely tired from the trip and it has added more stress to our journey. We got two tickets for free drinks, but they wouldn't cover much anyway. Overall I wouldn't come back.

Over all it was okay

For the price I was expecting a little more, obviously not 5 stars but it was almost as booked a hostel for a hotel price. Liner was yellow, curtains were really dirty and the room smells like humidity. There’s nothing close around the area but for emergencies I think is okay and decent to stay. Staff was really friendly and helpful.
