The hotel staff there were really friendly and welcoming, however, the whole building smells like a stale smoker who is homeless. I had to move to a different venue, as i couldnt put up with the cigarette smell throughout the building. I walked through the gaming room to the restaurant and every 2nd person had a cigarette lit! I thought smoking was banned indoors? They also didnt clean the room, the toilet wasnt very clean, there was no soap in the bodywash, shampoo or conditioner. I would only recommend this hotel if you had to sleep outside and the weather was really bad!

The bed was really comfy! Clean sheets pillows towels etc! Can’t complain for a last minute one night stay. 1 free drink each at the bar was good too! 🍻

clean rooms - good staff. BUT Noisey and smells of Smoke.

The sheet bed and blanket got the blood also the pillows have bad smell.bathroom not clean at all.

Average room. Clean enough. Shower cold in the morning. Lots of loud traffic noise late at night (On a Monday night). Bikes hooning etc. Theres a reason they give complementary ear plugs!

Room was spacious. Bathroom was mote than adequate and well equiped No hotel noise but alot of road noise as hotel situated on a busy road Staff were more than helpful

The staff were extremely kind and the service was great! The hotel looks a little more like a motel from the outside, but inside the room it looks really nice. We had a few problems upon entering, firstly our power points and tv weren’t working, however the manager was really lovely and fixed it immediately. Secondly, our keycard stopped working briefly, however the manager got us a new one and there were no problems after that. The area around looks a little sketchy, and a lot of people have road rage, but it wasn’t enough to stop us falling asleep. The train station is right across the road from the hotel, making it super easy to travel to the city. Aside from the hiccups. It was a nicer stay than expected.

Very friendly staff and helpful

Room was comfortable, clean and in a convenient location for what I required, but the traffic noise in room 7 was very loud throughout the night and put a dampener on the stay overall.(Earplugs were supplied)

The staff are absolutely lovely but there's little to no sound proofing in the rooms so you can hear people in the other rooms but mostly you can hear the cars on the road, all of whom seem to be vying for the title of dumbest loudest car in the universe. They drive cars with mufflers the size of basketballs until about 3am on Friday and Saturday nights. It's a shame because the place and staff are lovely but I was ready to get real stabby around 2 in the morning.

Staff are friendly & even carried suitcase upstairs. There is no lift just a flight of stairs to get to rooms. Stayed here as it is advertised as 10 mins to Olympic Park - definitely not 10 mins more like 25 mins by car. It took us 1 hour by public transport - bus & 2 trains to get there. The tap fell off when taking a shower followed by the drain cover coming off also.

Easy access to the property via public transport, and surrounded by all kind of shops, and more importantly the staff are friendly and helpful with great customer service attitude.

Photos on website were very.... optimistic compared to actual room. Parking and access aren't great. Rear carpark requiring you to drag your luggage through the bar area to the accommodation. 150mm Gap in carpet between the bedroom and the bathroom, showing bare concrete. However, room was clean, bed comfortable.
