Parking and check in were ok. The room i got, was on the road side of the building. It was lit up all night by an orange light from outside the room. There was also a lot of traffic including trucks passing by overnight. I probably managed to sleep 1 or 2 hours.... :-(

Sorry My car was broken into and all my belongings we stolen, I can recommend you up your Security.

We stayed here as we had a early flight and needed something affordable and close. The family room was HUGE! Meal was fantastic from the Bistro and kids enjoyed the play room!

the room was spotless very friendly staff just disappointed with one of the senior staff member at reception R T he needs to go back to basic REGARDING CUSTOMER SERVICE very rude The rest of staff are very friendly will recommend this place all the amenities are excellent

The rooms were filthy and not clean

We stay here on business in area. Works well with us. Handy having pub on site. Like to make the staff laugh.

You get what you pay for: a basic hotel room in an industrial area of Melbourne, with limited service, for a low price (so still rather good value for money). Not so happy with the gaming hub (betting is about the only addiction that is actively stimulated in Australian society). Close to the airport so good for that overnight stay before or after your flight.

Surprised, considering the area (Industrial) very light and bright room, noisy air con/heater, but once room warm we turned off.

This hotel was good, however the staff failed to inform me of some vital info. I had to navigate the site alone. they did not inform me that the door I entered from on my arrival would be inaccessible after 10pm, and that there were other doors that would be accessible. One thing I did not like was the way the hot water in the shower was so unpredictable. I would adjust it and 2 min later it was cold then after 2 min it would be so hot. This made it difficult and frustrating to enjoy a shower after a hard days work.

Most of the staff were good but there was one clearer who demanded my sick wife leave the room on two occasions. Regardless of the fact that this would expose her and other guests to the virus.

Super friendly staff, room is clean and quiet. The food at the restaurant is tasty and the free glass of wine is delicious.

Good property to stay for the weekend or a stop for the night on a long trip. Place is clean and neat.

Clean and tidy beds are very comfortable best place to stay for a comfortable bed and easy parking. We will be back.
