Everything at Nightcap was perfect - more than I expected. I will definitely stay here again when on the north coast. The bed and pillows were fabulous and although the hotel is on the main road, you can’t hear the traffic when in your room. Be careful of booking sites that charge extra for guaranteed/reserved parking though - it’s free for everyone - and you can’t actually reserve a spot.

Great for a short stay. Attached to a Tavern with meals and drinks. Close to everything. Beach, shops and RSL. The Reception for checkin is in the middle of the bar area. The room was clean and accessible from the pool side and the car park side.

They were under construction-----------We were not warned before. Expedia screwed up my reservation. I ordered a DOUBLE STUDIO room but Expedia changed it into a QUEEN STUDIO ROOM. I NEEDED 2(TWO) BEDS As I was traveling with my 54 year old daughter and we were forced to sleep in the SAME bed-----------------------------I am 83 years old--------------It was not good

Soooooooo noisy. The accommodation is right above the pool and next to outdoor area with people (loufly) coming and going into that area all night. lots of endless noise until the tavern closed....so awful, no sleep possible. Don't stay here.

Stayed one night. The rooms were spotless and the bathrooms are freshly renovated. The rooms are older but the price reflects that. In now way are they shabby though. Loved having the back door to the room that lead right out to the pool. Had dinner at the tavern and it was delicious. Would stay here again in a heart beat.

parking was easy, all you need is close by walking distance woollies, aldis, dan murphy an d fast food even K Mart. the food at the tavern also good less lettuce and more other salad plus 10% of meals

The bed was terrible, had the worst sleep ever.
It’s very convenient to have the resultant on your doorstep but the food was pretty average and outrageously expensive! $116 for two steaks (without any toppings) a beer and a vodka cruiser. Not sure where they source their meat from but the eye fillet was as tough as a rubber sole. VERY DISAPPOINTED.

My 4th stay at this Night Cap Hotel it is ideal for an overnight (or longer) stay, close to Dan's, Woolworths, RSL. Plus there are great dining options at the Hotel itself.

Place was short walking distance to everything, which was really good. Staff were lovely. It was clean, which was all we wanted for an overnight stay. We were in room 2 which was close to the playground, and there were children in there until quite late, so if you're after somewhere quiet, I'd probably suggest a room at the other end. :)
