ホテルはやや古いが、歴史のあるホテル。部屋も小きれいでした。 ビクター観光の拠点には最適。駐車場も無料で、周辺散策にはもってこい。 大きなレストラン、Bar が併設せれており、遅くまで利用できて便利でした。 夜のペンギン観察には、非常に便利な場所です。

Room smelt a bit - possibly from AC unit. The rooms are old and small - particularly the wet areas.

Convenient location to shops and Granite Island. Room was very clean and equipped with all basics for our short stay. Beds too soft for our liking. Staff at reception and restaurant very polite and accommodating on a very busy weekend. Hotel informed us about loud music on the weekend, hence having a conversation at the dinner table was challenging, but outdoors and hotel rooms were fine. Overall a positive experience.

Room is clean and functional. But bathroom is very small. There was a bit noisy outside of the room, maybe from next door or downstairs.

Was a great experience from reception to exit. Room was lovely. Dinner and breakfast at the hotel will not leave you hungry.

A staff member in the dining area was rude and racist during lunch time. Went back for dinner and It took one hour for our dinner to arrive, and the food was bland not worth the wait. The breakfast pancakes were the worst I’ve had. The reception staff were also rude. I approached the front desk to ask about parking and was immediately told that check-in time is 2pm—without even answering my question. Very poor customer service and extremely unprofessional.

The nightcap was very good. The superior ocean view room was quiet and well maintained. The balcony was a bit hidden to the side but nice to have. They gave us drink vouchers for the restaurant but unfortunately I’m not a big fan of the restaurant. Been for breakfast and lunch on different occasions and they aren’t very good. Don’t let that put you off the hotel though because it is fine, just maybe find somewhere else to eat.

The town is beautiful and the hotel was right next to the beach. The room was fine but a little tight. The staff was a little less than friendly which was odd since we experienced mostly outgoing friendly interactions during our three week trip in Australia. Our bartender was downright surly.

Nice simple hotel, perfect for an overnight stay

Excellent service, a very comfortable bed, and lovely views from the room. The hotel was spotless overall and perfectly located, close to everything and within walking distance. The staff were wonderful: always friendly, welcoming, and thoughtful. I especially appreciated the advance notice about hotel events that might cause some noise. That was very considerate, and in fact, the live music wasn’t an issue at all as it sounded so lovely, so it was actually quite lovely knowing what to expect. The only small suggestion would be to ensure extra attention is paid to cleaning around the shower drain, as there was a bit of hair. Other than that, we had a wonderful stay and would highly recommend this hotel. Thank you so much and we would book the same hotel again if we ever visit

Food was really good. Room was very good, bed mattress was excellent. Loved the stay.

The stay was fabulous, the location is amazing. The granite island is across, there was a fair nearby. The room was very clean and comfortable. Even though the restaurant was underneath and they have live music, we couldn’t hear a thing. We have a very restful night. Receptionist was polite and charming, she explained us everything. We are very happy with our experience.

Room updated completely. Always wonderful stay. Been staying there yearly for 30 years. Best yet.

This is accommodation that is above a working pub Never any staff at reception I think it’s only open from12pm to 2pm daily, I turned up at 6 o’clock and took me nearly 20 minutes to check in because the person doing it basically had no idea what they were doing. They had to go get somebody from the bar. The walls are paper thin. Disappointing because the setup is very lovely. The rooms are spotless. Great view.new fresh and clean, I checked out early because I couldn’t bear another night of disturbed sleep.
