The room was super clean and spacious.

Overall a good location for a rest on my journey. Clean fresh room apart from another previous guests used towel hanging on the back of the bathroom door. Queen bed had very little back support as mattress sunk low when I sat on bed to lay down. Very little sleep.had, awake from the middle of the night.In room information said guests get a 10% discount on meals in restaurant but no staff knew about it and not given when purchasing my 2 courses. One staff said she couldn't catch manager to ask but confirmed by manager when our party were leaving the premises..Also on the web booking and hotel info sheet says breakfast pack available but it doesn't exist. Food area of restaurant opens at 11am only after checkout.

Perfect as somewhere to spend night. The rooms are small but the balcony overlooking the water makes up for that. The meals at the bistro are great and there's a bottle shop but if you want a good coffee and breakfast you have to wait for 10am. The location isn't great if you want to walk to shops, cafes or wildlife parks.

From the minute Sara checked us in and provided vouchers for a free beverage each and 10% off our meal at the restaurant, to her remembering our names every time we saw her smiling face, the overall experience couldn't have been better. The Duty Manager & bar staff were also very professional, friendly and incredibly helpful whilst dining at the restaurant. Our room had been recently refurbished, so everything was clean and well maintained. The beds were comfortable, the shower lovely and hot, and the room was very dark and quiet during the night. Will definitely return the next time we are staying at the Sunshine Coast.

River side views were lovely inhouse restaurant was well staffed and presented. The room while clean needed a fresh coat of paint, the lock on the sliding door had been repaired and was loose.

Quarto amplo e o banheiro também. A roupa de cama é excelente e as toalhas também! Tem bons shampoo e condicionador. O colchão é muito mole. O chuveiro é bom! Após horas dirigindo, um bom banho é fundamental!O ar condicionado é eficiente e ainda tem um ventilador de teto. O quarto tem uma varandinha com vista para o rio. O wi-fi é bom! Check in was good, lovely staff. Enjoyed my complimentary drink, ordered dinner for room service. However I had to go back to the bar after an hour of waiting as I had not received it. Sort of received an apology, they remade my meal, gave me a refund with a complimentary drink. Thank you

The service here was 5 star, we asked for a late check-out and a microwave and all was no trouble and prompt communication. The bathroom looked newly renovated and the beds were comfortable.
