Quiet Towel’s were a bit old

Good value, clean and quiet.

Excellent daily room service with lots of extras included! Bathroom was brand new and there was heaps of room in the room and lounge room. Great convention oven in the kitchen.

The room was not as advertised at all. The heater did not work so we were literally freezing and got quite sick. Told management who offered to move us to a “blocked off room that had no hot water” and declined this obviously. Our room also didn’t have great hot water and without heat didn’t want to lose what little we had. Was given dinner in the restaurant the second night whilst they tried to fix the heater but ended up with dodgy chicken so beside freezing we now had mild food poisoning. Got moved to another room, without any help to pack up and relocate to a room which was the furthest one away. This room also had a non working heater! With no other option as we were getting sicker and still had another night asked to be refunded and told to contact the booking agent who spoke to the hotel. Long story but both sides said the other wouldn’t authorise the refund and was even told heating and hot water are not guaranteed amenities despite being legally essential services. The hotel checked other rooms and barely any were working and this weekend was icy cold. Ended up having to leave and find another hotel and be ever more out of pocket but couldn’t risk getting sicker. Disappointed no refunds were given when a full night was not used due to them not having any heat in the room and they know it wasn’t working and it was freezing!!!

Clean and neat room

Basic but everything is new and clean, Good Bathroom, and love a king bed

Room not cleaned, dish cloths left on ground to absorb something. Used water bottles in fridge. Toilet filthy

Good rooms, like the QR code to order to your room, nice menu and food was good.

All good. Clean rooms. Not sure why you are mot allowed to take food out of the bistro to your room but other than that great place.

Great price, quiet room 8n great condition, meals delivered to your room by ordering on QR code...such great value..

We never actually stayed here because there was an unexpected water leak in the room, but I wanted to give 5 stars to the staff for their kind and timely handling of the problem. Their free parking was so nice, and the room was nicely furnished, clean, and updated. So I can safely say we would have been super happy staying here...but sometimes things happen. The moment we reported the issue the staff came to inspect and discussed options for moving us. When we opted instead to go elsewhere (we needed adjoining rooms), they processed the refund right away. Good service means a lot in these situations!

Good location, good food, aircon a little noisy for sleeping at night but other than that all good.

The two bedroom unit was much bigger than expected. Check in was seamless.

Great staff

Aircon drips onto the bed head, had to put a face washer down to stop getting splashed. Bed on rollers, so easily moved. Other than those two minor issues I had no complaints

The beds were perfect, shower strong and hot.

We were very happy with the quality of the room, the access to meals and the discounts provided. Overall we enjoyed our stay.
