It was a nice guest house, with a nice manager. Good for the price in Sydney. A supermarket in 10 minutes walk. With my business plan, however, I should have chosen a hotel at different location. It turned out to be a bit inconvenient for me as the bus I used run only once an hour.

Positives: *Contactless property; the owner Mark was very nice & respectfully answered my questions via text regarding parking. *Check-in process very well-organised w/ clear instructions for key access/code etc. *Electric block-out blind helped w/ privacy, noise & light in the mornings. *Bathroom sink & vanity: Somewhat clean w/ good bench space. Negatives: *Really unfortunate to report the negative aspects of this property as Mark was so polite & helpful (as per above). *Generally, a very uncomfortable stay. *Guest house hasn’t been well-maintained; old house needs attending to. *When it rained, the front porch almost flooded w/ rain coming down the gutters. *Needs to be routinely fumigated & then surface-sprayed frequently. Had to deal w/ two cockroaches during my 2-day stay! *Only two parking spots on the property & street parking not timed ONLY during the weekend. *Smell upon arrival & during my stay was a mix of mould, air freshener & chlorine. *Room was nothing like the photo on Expedia. It hadn’t been cleaned / vacuumed at all well so I had to place my luggage on the bed & slept on one side of the mattress. *Mattress was old & so soft, felt like quick sand; it was really difficult to actually get out of it, nearly strained my wrist extensor / flexor muscles! During sleep,felt like I was sinking! *Furniture very old, second hand & dirty & not at all functional or computer-user friendly. *The fridge appeared clean on the outside but was mouldy on the inside.

Room was great. Only complaint is that there were no instructions for the tv. I did not know how to access free to air tv.

Ac in the room was great.

The place is a older wooden building. The place was clean and tidy. My room was clean, even it's at the front of the building, it's quiet. There's no staff around but text messages are clear and easy to follow when I first arrived. Met the cleaning lady called Lee at checkout time. Lee was friendly and helpful. I let her know that I will use the guest house next time I come back.

Very clean house, well appointed.

This property was excellent. The only two problems were the parking situation in the street and a chair or two in the kitchen would have been a bonus. No cooking allowed but reheating of food allowed. In so saying I did not want to eat my food in the lounge room or my bedroom.

I liked everything about this property. I couldn't find a fault. More than I expected.

The property was quiet clean and felt safe. It is a share property but other guests very friendly and respectful, and Manager checked in via text message prior to arrival and departure to ensure everything was in order.
