2 nights stay staff are friendly and helfull

I love the çreek that runs through the property

We were running late to check in, thankfully not a problem at all for the property manager. Communication was excellent and our Cabin heating was on when we finally arrived. Extremely thoughtful & appreciated on such a freezing cold winters night

Cabins in great condition, so peaceful and beautiful by the river. Had everything we need for a 2 night stay. Will come again

I love the fact that its walkable to all amenities and that it has a river running through it

Generally was ok but on a very cold night the heater split system became inoperable, uncomfortable night!

Peacefulness enhanced by the cabin being located by the beautiful creek. My daughter and I wished our stay could have been for longer.

The location of the park is fantastic. We had a cedar cabin and it was in terrible condition. There was so much dust everywhere, I felt so uncomfortable the whole time. Couldnt sleep comfortably as you felt like you were breathing in dust and there were big clumps of dust on the floor. also when doing our own sheets in the second bedroom, you see all the crumbs, dust and hair from previous guests which shows that a very quick and basic clean is performed. So unhygienic given that we are in the middle of a pandemic and we have also paid a lot of money so something so poor. Extremely disappointed with NRMA bright holiday park and certainly wont be staying here. I was travelling with family. 3 of us had cedar cabins and all felt the same way - Dusty, smelly, hair on the pillows. We had other family who were in the newer cabins on the river and they were great. clean and spacious.

I stayed in the lodge accomodation, and the overleaf lighting was very dull. The beds need to be moved so the floor can be cleaned properly. Otherwise my stay was very good and if I am in the area I will come again.

Set in such a beautiful location right on the river and a stones throw from the Splash park and township. Gorgeous pool and facilities for guests, so much to keep kids entertained. Absolutely stunning and everything we needed plus more.
