とても親切で良いホテルでした。また今度利用する機会がありましたら、利用させていただきたいと思います。家族で利用するには良かったです。

Spacious room, nice meal in the dining room, plenty of space in the overflow carpark for our large vehicle

Clean,comfortable, great amenities ( everything you need ( kitchenette) Friendly ,helpful staff .After finishing the overland track the onsite pool and spar an added bonus.Highly recommend.

Friendly staff

Room was impeccably clean .... cleankng ataff on morning of check out were friendly and NOT pushy to have us checkout. pleased experience. Only thing was noise from traffic and light coming in from outside of room.

Room was adequate and well maintained. However the food from the bistro would be some of the worst we’ve had for a very long time. Disappointing as it’s not a ‘cheap’ feed for a pub menu. Accomodation reasonable for price.

This was not our cup of tea. Its a gaming hotel. Upon arrival there was No staff only a machine to check in so when u need help or supplies your on your own. Thankful there was grocery store near by to buy toilet paper. Sinks needed drain, bathtub was nice but water pump was very loud to fill. Room was clean. Bed ok. They have hot tub but its not hot. Pool was filled with teens so we left. Plus the teens were outside until 4am fooling around. No security.

The room is clean.

Our room was great and the pool facilities were great but we had a lot of trouble with the people next door. Yelling and screeming. We had our two young kids with us that didn’t need to hear all the swearing and yelling coming from that room. Nor did we need to listen to the fighting swearing yelling screeming and the chat about their dealers where and how loyal they had been to them. We called for someone to come and quieten them down when they went to the pool where one of the blokes broke his ankle and come back to the room yelling and screeming but nothing was done about it then we called back and got the night manager he was great told us he would have them spoken to and said they only get one chance but that should have already happened hours before. After they where spoken to they bashed on our door after saying they where going to smash our windows and slash our tyres. Where I got up and told them to shut up and stop carrying on. I have plenty of proof to prove all of this with videos on my phone of the screeming and carrying on. Our stay was terrible and unfortunate for us with a young family that don’t get to do this very often.

clean & convenient

Bed was great....bathroon needs to be updated. Restaurant was nice and great value.

This property was not worth the money we paid. The facilities were gross especially the spa. The room was very old and dated and it was noisy beside the road. The shower barely worked and this room was in desperate need of renovation. The pool was the only positive.

Easy check in after hours, nice distance from the airport and shops nearby.

Very good and friendly staff. Easy check in. we arrived after hours and did self check in . Easy as. Stayed there for 5 nights in a 1 bedroom apartment. Clean and cosy. Will stay there again.

Self check in was convenient. Cant comment on staff, didnt see or talk to any.

Warm room

Could hear every conversation from the people next door. Walls/doors very thin

Quiet place to be, clean. We stayed 2 nights, will come again if we are around.
