You have to drive to get anywhere. Limited parking on street

The apartment is in a suburb setting located about 1 km from any shops. The apartment is very spacious and clean. communication with the owner is easy. I love the quiet setting for a busy trip.

We had great communication after booking, and arrived to find a beautifully clean and well appointed apartment. The a/c kept us warm, and the location is very good with excellent local restaurants and easy access to the city,

Barbara was great, has quality rooms with quality furnishings and communicates very well. Really happy we stayed here for our long weekend in Canberra.

Way above expectations. Great location super clean, modern apartment. Will be staying here again but more importantly will be telling all my friends/colleagues about this place. Great establishment whoever owns it

Great location, everything you need.

Nice homey feel. Everything was clean and it was a nice little unit. Short walk to shops. Quiet neighbourhood. Will definitely stay next time we're in Canberra.

One the plus side, it was clean, and the living area is spacious. On the minus side.... there is no Telstra mobile coverage inside the unit I was in. There were tea bags, but no milk to add to your tea, and when alerted to the lack of milk, the managers apologised but made no offer to get some for me (or even suggest they would reimburse me if I went to the shop and bought my own). Previous reviews have noted the poor condition of the pillows (2 years ago) and I would say they still haven't been replaced. The cutlery and crockery is a motley collection that leaves you feeling like you're selecting out of an Op Shop. The foam under the ironing board cover has long since dissipated down from thin to non-existent, so you are basically ironing on the metal frame of the board. The towels felt old, there is no luxury here. I thought I would do some washing, but alas no dryer to dry things overnight - they might like the eco credentials of air drying (don't we all), but that should be the guest's call. Sometimes we need the conveniences to fit our schedules. There were no tissues. The wine glasses made me think I was back in the 70s too. Ridiculous, small, op shop style. The covers on the bed felt well worn and aged. I've stayed in a lot of places over the years, and this is not the worst, but the others were much more budget priced so I expected it. The price point of this unit would suggest some luxury inclusions, but there were none.

Feels like a home. Close to main shops and very quiet.

In desperate need for accommodation given our bush-fire interrupted break down south we emergency booked this apartment primarily on on-line look and location (didn't want to stay in CBD area). We arrvied earlier and were able and helped to put fridged goods away before the apartment was cleaned for our arrival. We enjoyed the spacious surrounds, quiet, amenities and sanctuary of this apartment after a stressful past 36 hours.

A comfortable apartment which had all the things we needed. Nice touch chilled water in the fridge and ice cubes ready to use. Lots of tourist information provided and a communal library was a nice touch.

Keypad entry was a great idea , doing away with keys and the need for a reception.

Everything was good, close to shopping and food and good quiet street. However, had to spray kill a German cockroach in one of the kichen cabinet.

Perfect ! Joli appartement avec de grands espaces +1 balcon + 1 garage privé et tout ce qu’il faut à l’intérieur. Dans un quartier très calme non loin du centre et d’un supermarché. Nous conseillons!

Fantastic clean close to everything Fully contained. Comfy. Quiet. Will definetly be back..

Everything was great. The TV didn't work but not fussed, got more work done.

Whilst I booked this property I was not actually the people staying. However the feedback from them was that this apartment was very good and they will book it again next in Canberra
