1 泊だけでしたが、翌朝チェックアウトしたときに、素敵なスタッフがもう少し滞在を許可してくれたので、プールサイドに座って本を読んだり、お茶を飲んだりして、家に帰る前に静かな時間を楽しむことができました。本当にありがたかったです。また、私は一人旅だったので、フロントの近くに泊まれるよう配慮してくれました。ちょっとした休憩をありがとう。

What a great place to stay, and at a reasonable price. We had a lovely stay, enjoyed the pool area, and had dinner at the restaurant at the resort—it was all top notch. Wouldn't hesitate booking here again next time our travels take us to the Coffs Harbour area.

The room being a 1 bdrm Apartment was nice and spacious, had a full size fridge/freezer, microwave plus cooktop and oven. Ducted air throughout and a good size flatscreen in the lounge and the bedroom. Could cast to the tv from your mobile which was a little difficult. Better when the places have smart tvs with built in Apps. Really easy to get around tprecinct of the Star Entertainment Complex and you have access to all the pools throughout which is amazing. Across the road from Broadbeach dining precinct and Pacific Fair Shopping Centre (one of Australia’s biggest shopping centres,for the Mums). If you go out of peak, you can score incredible value, at peak it is an investment.

Reception staff along with restaurant staff need to smile more and give better service, not “what do you want” attitude. Very poor on their behave. The room was freezing cold as the control on the wall didn’t make any difference when we tried to adjust it. All our food was frozen in the fridge so that doesn’t work properly either. All in all not a good look, but still I don’t think you should expect much more from a three star property.

Rooms were clean. Check in was sketchy as they had wrongly checked me into my room at time of booking so staff were concerned that someone was already in my room. I arrived late at night after a long drive do a family emergency and the info that my room was likely already occupied or somehow double booked with no mother vacancies was the last thing I needed at 10pm after a long drive. Was an error, no one was in my too.
Bathrooms are staying to show their age but were clean.

Nice enough but in need of renovation. Everything was just a bit tatty and needed a good clean up. Staff were friendly and there were things to do there such as a gym, pool, sauna, however the pool was mainly full of kids and the gym was a bit old fashioned but done the job.
