This is one of the worse hotels I have stayed at. The price is crazy expensive considering it does not appear they have spend a $ on maintenance since it was opened!

Restaurant food is good but we thought it expensive. The resort is very close to the beach and a lagoon and the grounds are very nice. The buildings are a little run down, but the room was beautiful and very spacious.

Room was in acceptable condition but bathroom was needing a major renovation and update. Grout was old and dirty. Bathtub floor was worn and ugly. Fittings were just too old and worn.

I’ve stayed here before and it was lovely but this was a long time ago and times have changed. The resort looks tired and is in desperate need of a refresh. Our deluxe room was supposed to be on the resort side but the only thing I was close to was the car park which was right next to our room. Dinner was pure Fawlty Towers entertainment with waitresses walking around trying to find who the meals belonged to. We were brought 2 children’s meals by mistake so we declined much to the chagrin of the waitress who then went on the hunt for her missing diners. The family next to us ate their meals and were then served again - they were full at this point so declined. In the end our meals arrived and I was so relieved to see mine that I refused to go back and ask for the missing lemon butter sauce for my salmon. Bed was ok, room was clean but shower over a decrepit 1970’s bath needs to go. Valuing my knees, I skipped the morning shower experience.

Great views

Room was on ground floor and had a very bad damp/musty smell, the room does not get zero sunlight. Speed bumps coming into the resort need to be re painted with the white stripes extremely hard to notice speed bumps. Overall I spent approximately 30 mins in the room and had to check out snd leave due to allergies from the damp/ musty smell. Disappointing for $173

It was a really nice clean resort with lots of ammenities at an affordable rate!

Always a good stopover for a coastal run. Would make an exceptional place to get married or host a large event.

Rooms are spacious , a tad outdated as is the resort really , however it’s clean , the pool is refreshing and the walk down to the beach is easy and it’s a beautiful spot . The reception staff were super lovely . Easy and quick to check in and the parking is close and easy to access .

Although we were just transitting through and only had one night this was the highlight of our journey. The spaciousness of reception areas, dining and bar are unusual these days. Our grandchildren enjoyed the pool, slide and the games area. Rooms were also large and well catered. Very clean, very welcoming and easy parking.

Room was spotless but towels had holes in them.

Staff very courteous and room comfortable but not outstanding. Premises feel a little dated and room could have done with more storage. Wifi was very poor. Shower had great water pressure and temperature though.
