The property is what it is, a reasonably priced serviced apartment close to Holloways Beach. Jan the manager is very helpful

Everything needed for a long stay or short I couldnt fault except for no wifi

Thanks for good service- booking of tour Accomodation location is quiet and near a corner shop, restaurants and a bar at the beach front. Bus stop nearby or can taco/Uber/ride share to central Cairns

Fabulous location 1 block to beach, cafe and local places to eat out also. Apartment very basic but surrounded by lunsh bush and lovely pool area with BBQ facilities. About 5 minutes to sky rail and Smithfield shopping with everything you need. 10 minutes drive to cairns and to palm cove with great eateries.

Good comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen equipment, nice balcony . One three seat lounge could do with an armchair for four visitors.

Property is pretty dated and unit we stayed in was minimalist in terms of decor and amenities. Manager / staff was very kind and helpful.

Great location to the airport. We stayed here one night. Jan was accomodating with our timeline of needing to leave quite early. Only suggestion would be that you request A/C be turned on an hour before revival as the room was qite warm.

Plenty of space and great amenities. We were on the ground floor with easy access to the pool (with shade cloth) and undercover car parking. Thorough communications with Jan and directions for out-of-office arrival. Main bedroom air-con was noisy but a wonderful venue for an overnight stay.

Value for money convenient location and large apartments

We found a few cockroaches. Liked everything else.

Rom clean. My adult children stayed in this apartment, so everyone had their own space.

Good location, well organised Manager, so getting access to our unit went smoothly. Location is good and pretty quiet, and for us it was good to be allocated a first-floor unit looking into the trees.

Unit 10 fabulous and comfortable queen bed in main bedroom - gel mattress. Unit needs some tlc and the microwave and kettle whilst functional require updating. All other appliances in good order. Lounge comfortable. Great pool, quiet location near the beach. Also some food places within walking distance. Undercover parking. Kitchen, lounge and dining area good space and found it was quite adequate for our 7 & 8 year old grandchildren. Spacious 2nd bedroom, plenty of storage. Quite a large complex with both residential and holiday units in a residential area -so quiet. Garden well cared for.

Pacific Sands is close to the beach and within walking distance to cafes. The unit was clean and spacious with laundry facilities and roomy wardrobes. The second bedroom does not have airconditioning which seems unusual in the tropics. There is only one bedside table in rhis room and the one reading lamp was on the top shelf of the wardrobe. The airconditioning unit in the main bedroom is noisy. We didn't need to use the kitchen so can't comment about it. The unit was value for money for three people.

Management extremely helpful & curtious- accommodation basic but comfortable. Not 5 star but good value for money.

I really enjoyed my stay here. It was very peaceful and I had a very private unit upstairs looking into the most beautiful palm trees and down onto the lovely swimming pool, which I swam in lots. The beds were very comfortable and kitchen and bathroom well-supplied with everything one could need. Only two small negatives: the tile floors were covered with a soapy, slippery residue which made it dangerous to walk on barefoot! (too much cleaning product?), and one of the venetian blinds was not working properly. It was lovely to be able to stroll along the pleasant treed streets to the beach, shops and cafes. Holloways Beach is not too touristy and pretty empty.... sad that I could not swim in the sea as it was a bit too rough. The manager of the unit was very approachable and pleasant. I will definitely return to this accommodation, which was also very reasonably priced for what it offered.
