Room was very basic and unclean - very old, terrible linen, uncomfortable bed, marks all over walls, bin not emptied in bathroom, contains old sanitary pads. Would not recommend. Does not look like photos

Room was super clean, lots of towels and extra pillows. Plenty of bathroom amenities as well plus loved the lemon biscuits!!

Overall the place was alright.

Lacking enough crockery and cutlery for two people. No coffee. Grounds and pools look neglected. Toilet in disrepair. Could not see any emergency information.

When I book 1 time it was really good I've got the bathtub on request the next time I booked I and paid more than B4 also requested bathtub but didn't got it even bathroom wasn't really nice

Within walking distance to MOVE Motor Museum.

The place was average from the front, skip bin full of rubbish upon arrival, several old mattresses stored in view of guests. At the back of the units was average with smoking bins full of cigarette butts, swimming pool area dirty with large amounts of duck droppings. Also unclean glasses and crockery. No teaspoons or wine glasses are provided.

Love staying here huge rooms very quiet and staff are excellent.

Lots of mould on the walls. Plaster broken. Pipes in sink blocked. Broken blinds. Back door dirty.

Very old. Gardens not done in years. Pool was green enough for frogs to live in. Beds very old. TV wifi did not work. Had to watch our phones for entertainment. Although wifi and pool looks sparking and everything working on the add, this isnt the case.. If you want customers you need to spend time on the property, update your beds , make sure tv wifi is actually working. On the plus side, water pressure was great for shower and it was very quiet all night. I can see it's been a great place in the past but now needs time and money spent on it.

The owner was very helpful and the hotel convenient for our purposes. The rooms are large and probably need updating but were clean and comfortable.

When I had a problem with the TV in the room they moved me quickly to a new room. Plenty of space to park the car at the door of the room.

Rooms were good. Was quiet with no road noise. Garden & pool area were unkempt with pool gate broken. Pool had green water. Was ok overall for value.

Marks on floor , looks like nail polish

The sheets were clean but the blanket was all stain and the wall where the towels to hang was all dirty, The table had sticky dirt left , fridge had all dirt on door. Lucky that I had some disaffected wipes. The room was good size.

Very quiet room at the back away from the street. Clean and tidy.

Was very run down, was convenient to venue we were going to..shower was mouldy & just looked unclean. Curtains were torn. Thank god the sheets were clean, was cheap & unfortunately I had read the reviews
