ホテル自体は新しくはないが、フロントスタッフが親切で、優しいので色々と助かりました。メントーン駅までも徒歩10分内なので、市内観光に行くにもビーチにいくにも便利です。空港からのスカイバスもホテルの横に発着してくれます！

The room wasn’t cleaned prior to our stay. There were faeces in the toilet, dead bugs, and the shower head was faulty, hair on the bed side tables.

Was good

Our only negative comment would be the smokers who have a designated area directly under our room and used it in groups long into the night. Great restaurant - would love to dine there again.

Nice renovated bathroom. The Upgrade was appreciated. It needs a good clean inside and out. Please get new towels. The Venetian blinds and windows were dirty. I gave them a bit of a clean. Someone needs to go over it inside and outside and freshen it up. We have stayed there several times and will do so again as it’s conveniently located for us.

Nice sized room. Comfortable bed. A few dirty spots on the carpet & walls.

The bathroom basin was cracked, the spa was not clean, there were no bowls for breakfast cereal, the shower ran hot and cold, the room I booked (with a small yard) was apparently not available - I had to upgrade for a balcony room as I smoke. The TV reception was poor.

Room had dust all over window frames, airconditioner vents in rooms were covered in dirt/dust, floor in kitchen was sticky, only one teaspoon in a family room which was certaianly not enough for a booking that was confirmed for 4 adults. parking was also a nightmare . Very disappointed, literally the dirtiest hotel room ive ever been in .... exceptionally old , but the cleanlieness was the major issue

Overall a pleasant stay, handy location. Limited cutlery ie: no knives or forks to eat our take away food, had to use teaspoons. Mental note: always byo basic cutlery just incase. I still recommend for handy stay over, reasonable price.

This is a very old property, but they are doing some updates. The level of cleanliness is appalling. The bathroom wasn't too bad but could do with a good scub.The kitchen area was dirty & greasy never been cleaned.The outside staircase is open to the elements, so very dirty, three floors no elevators. Would not recommend.

Only thing I liked was that it was close by the place I needed to be. What I didn't like was the bathroom door did not close properly and the spa did not work at all. The family room was on the first floor not the ground floor.

Nothing special

They really need to hire better cleaners. Shelves all dirty, cutlery (what there was - there definitely wasn’t enough for a family of 4) and cups were dirty, floor was dirty, one bed had sand it in. Cobwebs on all the windows. There were no normal glasses so the kids drank from wine glasses. Beds are hard - if you are over 40 you’ll probably hurt. The guy at the front desk was friendly though and helpful. Towels are as thin as they come. The lounge split system only blew cold air but thankfully the one in the bedroom worked well enough.

Tired decor. Disinterested staff. Not offered assistance to carry heavy bags up 2 flights of stairs; lamp not working in room; no offer of downstairs room.

No money has been spent on this place for a long, long time!

Kitchen area had grease and food crumbs everywhere. The kettle had not been emptied or cleaned from previous guest. Curtains were filthy. Shower was covered with mould. I will never stay there again.

The stove tops were completely rusted. The bathroom had mold in it. The floor was dirty with dead spiders. The curtains were broken so people could see in. Will not stay again. Even for the cheap price.

Very noisy. Overlooking a busy main highway but only single glazing. Also old noisy ac/heater.
