Great place to stay

Perfect home base for someone visiting Sydney. Simple, comfortable and economic. easy access to large transport hubs.

Location is near to Coles and a short walk to Parramatta riverside street with lots of eateries.

The property was old and smelly, all the furniture seems to be from hard waste collection as the couch was worn and nothing matches each other. The tv is so old it doesnt even pick up digital channels. There is no heating in the bed rooms and are like freezers. When we entered the property all the windows were open, i thought they were just airing the place but once you go out and come back there is a terrible stink in the place it makes you feel sick. All so an important issue is the lady named Margree, i caught her snooping around at night 10:20 pm taking pictures of my car in the darkness. The cook top isnt even working as its so old and gas limited power as you cant even scramble some eggs. So all the shopping we did go wasted. We had to do takeaways instead. There are cracks all around the cornices and the place is in need in of urgent renovation. The owners like to take the money but put nothing in to warrent it. It is a disgusting place and i warn everyone to stay away and find a place that is worth you money.

Loved it all. Very quiet and close to shops and transpoty. The light rail is just short walk which is fantastic

Property was quite good and comfortable for 3 of us for 4 nights. Unfortunately, the area is busy and there are bikes and cars revving their engines in the dead of night and early morning disturbing your sleep.

Lovely property. Perfect if you have a car. Short walk to supermarket. Great kitchen if needed

It was perfect

Staff were great. Parking was difficult. Our car didn't fit in the undercover areas - ( we'd paid for parking but that wasn't what we expected. Once we were in our apartment it was very good but the location is not suitable for us with limitations due to disability.

This accomodation was poorer than my expectations. The home is a 2 bed one bath apartment. The beds and mattresses were fine. However, there was no air conditioning in the bed rooms. They have provided pedestal fans, but strangely there are no accessible power outlets to plug them into. The bathroom has a washer-dryer, which is great. But they did not provide toileteries apart from the super cheap round soaps that are only any good for hand wash. No shampoo/shower gel was provided.

Parkside was a great place to stay. It was very clean and the people we met with were friendly and nice to deal with. Would definitely use this venue again.

Marg waited an extra 30 mins as my plane was was delayed to check me in. Amazing service, great check in, excellent location and a nice comfortable accomodarion.

Great place to stay. All amenities, washing machine and dish washer. Easy 15 minute walk to Parramatta CBD. Opposite a school. Met by a person, secure parking available for extra.

We had a great time, staying at the apartment, so close to public transport, all shops we needed were close by, apartments were clean tired and very quite

Building was not the same as the photo displayed in booking. Compact, but very functional.
