Construction going on outside the window, no one advised us & once we complained, nothing was done about it I won’t be back

The property was in a good location although not much natural light. Property was today but bathroom bit run down/mouldy shower curtain. The check in process is a bit of a nightmare having to contact them an hour before you get there. Spoke with 3 different people, several forms you need to complete online before your stay. Asked me for documents I had already submitted. Apart from check in process ok stay!

The best characteristic of this property is without doubts, its location. However, I had a tough time trying to confirm my reservation. After I booked on Expedia, I got an email from the property asking me to fill a form with my information and credit card details. One day before the check-in, I received another email from them asking for my credit card details again. I told them that I sent it already through the form they asked me to fill and it was totally unsafe to send it through email. They told me that the picture of my credit card wasn't clear and they need my details in order to confirm the reservation. I didn't have any other option because my check-in was the day after. On the same day of my check-in, they told me to contact another person one hour before I get to the apartment to coordinate the check-in. This person asked me for the security deposit again and for my credit card details through sms. The check-in process was a nightmare. I was traveling and it was too complicated to coordinate. Next time, I would pick a hotel or another apartment. I wouldn't recommend this property at all.

I was expectcting a view as it’s called beachfront apartments but this is a back apartment, no parking was a real issue, issues with tv extra bedding wasn’t made or clean for the price I wouldn’t stay again, we did have communication with owner though.
