とにかく広く、とても清潔な客室で、おそらくほとんどの部屋からホテル中央のラグーンプールがみえる。フロントやレストラン、バーもとても開放感があり、壁が少ない。ラグーンには白砂が敷き詰めてあり、遊具もあるので、子供もしっかり遊べるので、最高です。

Amazing hotel. Really friendly staff, who couldnt do enough to make you feel welcome.
The pool is incredible, with a 'beach' around the edge with enough sand to build sand castles!

プールが人工ビーチになっていて、こじんまりしているけど、快適に過ごせました。
バルコニーにジャグジーのついたバスタブのある部屋に泊まったんですけど、プール後にそのまま入れて気持ちよかったです。

とても素敵なホテルでした。英語ができないとちょっと大変かもしれません。
どの部屋もプールが見えるとのことで選択しましたが、裏側の部屋で従業員のでは入り口やごみ収集車が見えて残念でした。
でもそこさえなければ最高のホテルです。

A wonderful hotel. The pool is incredible. Our room looked out over it ( as did our spa). The bar was great and the food delicious. It’s a limited menu but theres enough variety, it’s close to restaurants so easy to walk if you wanted to do that. We’ll be back.

The stay and the room was good except we couldn’t get the tv working in the bedroom. Someone came down from reception and couldn’t fix it. He said he would come back with champagne for the inconvenience but never came back.

Love Peppers it is always nice and quiet, however we do only ever go during off season so may be different during peak periods. Recommend the spa room they are great.

Staff seemed uninterested and bored. Check in staff was ordinary and unhelpful at best.,

Great place to stay. Had one bedroom penthouse suite which was more than expected and offered everything you need got a great stay. Staff were simply wonderful and always helpful. Can’t fault Peppers Port Douglas.

Had a great stay at Peppers last month!! Staff were exceptional - attentive to all of our questions and needs and they went out of their way to help mail us something important we had left behind. Room was lovely, pool was fabulous, location was super convenient - highly recommend!
