New facilities and room was clean. Price is reasonable.

リクエストしていないのに最上階角部屋にして下さっていて嬉しかった アメニティの補充は適当だった バスローブを交換してほしくてシャワー室の床に置いていたらそのまま戻してあった スタッフは全員愛想はないが英語の殆ど喋れない私達に理解出来るまで説明してくれた ゆっくり喋るとかの配慮はなかった 内線電話のサービス部門のスタッフは感じ良かった

親切で最高のスタッフたち。 ホテルの近くには海も見え最高のロケーション！ ホテルのフロントの真ん前にトラムストップ有り。中心街までのアクセスがよかった。歩いてサザンクロス駅まで行くことも出来ます。

This hotel is far below the standard it presents online. The room was extremely dark, with almost no natural light. It felt like a tunnel, made worse by very dark interior features. The artificial lighting was poor and impractical — even basic things like doing makeup were difficult. Cleanliness was a major issue. There was no mattress protector, only a thin sheet directly on a visibly stained mattress. The duvet had no cover and was placed directly on the bed, which raised serious hygiene concerns. The bathroom was particularly filthy: the sink was yellowed and grimy, with visible marks and dirt on the tiles above it — I actually gagged while brushing my teeth. There were also visible stains, water marks, and hair elsewhere in the bathroom. The carpet throughout the room had hair everywhere, making the room feel unhygienic and uncomfortable. When I checked under the bed while packing, it had clearly not been vacuumed or moved — I found a small tester perfume bottle and a hair clip. I didn’t want to look any further. The swimming pool area is poorly maintained. Despite looking modern in photos, it felt neglected in reality. Sun loungers were broken and the area was dirty and uninviting. The corridors also had a strong curry smell, which was unpleasant and overwhelming. Service was poor. After housekeeping, basic items like coffee and sugar were not replenished. I had to call reception multiple times to request them, and it took a very long time for anyone to respond.

The room was of a poor standard, with very little natural light and an awkward layout. It felt as though the space had been forced into an area not originally intended to be a room.

Great price, breakfast was excellent and tram stop right outside made this a great stay.

Bien placé pour visiter Melbourne. A coté du tram qui est gratuit dans cette zone.

Room was lovely, clean good sixlze and comfortable bed. Location was perfect to go to Marvel Stadium and easy access to trams to go do shopping and eat dinner in The District Docklands.

Felt like I was staying at student accom. Genuinely terrible. One staff member on, zero atmosphere or hospitality. Rude and unhelpful concierge. Small room. Expensive

Booking was for 3 adults. Room was only setup for 2. Had to pay extra for rollaway bed which made the room very cramped.

The room is clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and helpful. I couldn’t turn on the TV using the remote control and had to use the main power switch instead. The staff offered to change the room, but it wasn’t necessary.

The hotels car park was full but lack of instructions and it is hectic traffic to stop over on the side road. Also there were only one person working during the peak hour , it took 30 mins to check in

Parking was not available out the front no valet parking they told me to illegal park then had to check in to enter the car park had trouble picking up my car and getting into the car park on leaving could not leave rang the motel they had no clue what to do had a good Samaritan open the boom gate and let me out noone was in the car on leaving to ask for help the room smells bad had to put the air conditioning on to get rid of the smell asked for time of check out the staff had no clue the check in guy was horrible would not stay there again no room service definitely not 5 stars motel
