Very easy to check in and check out. Didn’t like that there wasn’t any water to make tea or coffee, yoghurt 20 days out of date. Coffee machine gave 25mls and coffee shot each time pressed…..very strong!!!! However one area of service does not deter me not to stay again. I hope the problems have been rectified.

My debit card was compromised after giving my card details over the phone, after hours check-in. 48 hours later fraud transactions began appearing on my account. I hadn't used this card since that night to check-in. Suggest the phone line may be tapped. Perhaps coming up with an alternative approach would be good to prevent further fraud, as most places don't do this anymore for this very reason.

Staff were helpful and efficient, room was clean, some of the niceties in the room were aged but everything worked. Didn’t bother with the TV due to the small size. Will stay again for the right price.

The room was spacious but very basic and needed redecorating at the very least. Smelt of stale cigarette smoke and was generally dirty. No lift.
Bed was comfortable.
The staff werent particularly friendly.
Breakfast was very poor - primarily cereal and toast. There were often no mugs left for tea or coffee so had to rummage around in the adjoining (out of bounds) kitchen to find spares.
Thought this was extremely poor value for money compared to other accommodation across Australia

I had a one night stay and arrived after check in times. It is essential that you contact the hotel before a late arrival to get the safe key code to get your key. This is then amazingly organised and a seamless check in. Unfortunately my phone is not working and I had data sim only. So pre planning essential for a late arrival especially if you’re a solo traveller.
Bed was super comfy.
Shower lovely and hot.
Staff very helpful.
My room had some wear and tear issues but was more than enough for what I needed with everything working. Would stay again.
For those arriving late there is a 24hr McDonalds which was perfect to fill a gap

The room was reasonably tidy - however we did have a few issues.
The remote wasn't working - but we got it sorted.
The door to the bathroom vanity was broken.
There were cobwebs in the bedroom and bathroom that were visible.
We couldn't do our dishes manually as there wasn't a plug.
The location is good, and very quiet. Great pool and garden area.

We received several (unnecessary) text messages prior to our arrival, however none of them mentioned that the car park entrance would be closed off, which would have been handy to know in advance. Also, every single Foxtel channel was somehow ‘locked’, so weren’t able to watch anything on Foxtel.

The check in/out staff were very friendly. The bed was very comfortable.
However in the kitchenette the utensils, cups etc, were put away dirty and the dining chairs were grimy. I had to clean one to use.
The body lotion dispenser in bathroom was completely empty too.

Easy check in. Good shower. Comfortable pillows and bed but extra pillows would definitely be welcomed. The 2 bedroom unit is definitely in need of a renovation. Tired and old, cracked walls, broken blinds, bathrooms mouldy and tired. Furniture well worn. It suited our needs for a one night stay but would be disappointed if staying longer for a holiday. Price was ok for Perth for 2 bedroom considering the condition.

Okay location if you travel to the airport. Hotel has seen its better days. Room was small - not an apartment looking as on the booking photos. Cold - heating didn’t work. No toilet brush!
Staff was friendly! Kiosk was empty!
Only fast food restaurants nearby. No Gluten-free options or understanding.

We just needed a place to stay overnight close to the airport, and this place was suitable and easy to access. Parking was easy. We arrived during reception hours so check in was easy and the room was clean and met our needs. Being close to a busy road, traffic noise was very noticeable at times.

Leider ist das Hotel ziemlich runter gekommen. Überall Staub, im Badezimmer viel Schimmel, Fenster waren nicht dicht, dadurch ist viel Lärm und Kälte ins Zimmer gekommen. Leider nicht zu empfehlen
