Staff were amazing and very helpful. The property was clean and the swimming pools were very refreshing after a day of exploring the area. Very well located; a short drive from the Zoo. Food at the Brewery was well priced and tasty. There was a strange humming sound at night-time, which may have been the motor of the air conditioning unit of the apartment next door. Otherwise, it was a fantastic spot.

Excellent experience.
My stay at this hotel was truly pleasant. The facilities are modern, clean, and well maintained. The staff were always kind, professional, and attentive to every detail, which made my stay very comfortable.
The location is convenient, close to main attractions and with easy access to public transport.
Breakfast was varied and of very good quality.
I would definitely recommend this hotel for both business and leisure stays.

部屋の感じは普通だけど、トイレ、シャワーが共同で、シャワーカーテンを引いていても周りがびしょびしょになるのがちょっと嫌だった。
ホテルにはビール醸造所もあり、美味しいビールを飲めたのが良かったが、パブのレジの女の子が接客がまったく駄目。
夕食時に飲んだビールをダブル請求されていたので、フロントへ苦情をいい、クレジット請求の金額を訂正してくれたはずが、訂正前の金額で請求が来て、いったいどうなっているのやら。
（現在メールにて連絡しているが、どういう対応をしてくれるか不明。）
英語の堪能でない日本人なら、レストラン等つど支払った方がよいかも。

Toilet was not clean.
Had to move beds because I have a toddler and there was rubbish, old socks and dust under beds. Flyscreens need replacing, shower floor was dangerously slippery,
The place is due for a much needed update especially for almost $250 a night.
Staff were friendly though.

Accidentally left my Netflix logged in , called the next morning to get it logged out and was assured this would happen, it did not. Several days later someone was using my Netflix, I called them get them to sign out of my account but this didn't happen. I called them again , said would sort it next day, it took me 2.5 hours to sort from my end , not happy.

Housekeeping needed a little attention- behind bathroom door and bed werent neat- almost thought someone else had already been on there. Wish next door waited till after 7:30am to commence their mowing but Otherwise, a nice stay

Enjoyed the separate bedrooms from living area. Full size fridge and functional kitchen.
Steak at the onsite Valley Brewery (restaurant recommended by reception) for dinner was fantastic.
