A Very Warm & Welcoming vibe. A picture postcard setting!

Had a very pleasant and relaxing stay the place was very kool

The place is quiet, good for relaxation. Staff is nice and accomodating.

Nicely set over a rural backdrop. Although our room was extremely dusty and the beds were some of the worst I have slept in. Made things uncomfortable. We had a groudn floor and the insulation may need work as we could hear a lot of things from the couple above us.

There is potential for this property but we were met with some minor disappointments on our stay - Little inconsistencies that added up to the overall experience. Some of those things included; dirty kitchenware, a lack of suitable window treatments, maintenance work being done on a Sunday morning, one bath towel given for a family of four staying for two nights. Sadly, I wouldn’t use this accomodation again. More attention needs to be paid by the people who run the business.

The property offered excellent apartments for families.

If you're after a peaceful and soul-nourishing break from the world Premalaya is the place.

Beautiful stay, the owners are very friendly and the property is nestled in the treetops away from the hustle and bustle. Perfect getaway for a holiday, and really close to all the features of Yallingup.

Stunning setting and really good modern apartment with a balcony and plenty of room for a family of 4. Loved the property and the roaming horses, dogs, chickens and sheep. Easy access and comforts of home. Internet was slow and our phone access dropped in and out due to location, but we were there to get away from all that anyway, so suited us fine. Located close to canal rocks, Yallingup beach, Dunsborough and the surrounding wineries, breweries and everything else this wonderful region has to offer. Hayley and the team are terrific - there is optional yoga and meditation and the fireplace is just the perfect way to end the evening. We will be returning here for sure and highly recommend it.

Beautiful, clean, bright, fresh, secure property. Everyone was so relaxed, happy and friendly. We had a comfortable stay and can't wait to visit again. Our two kids loved being able to roam about and didn't want to leave :)

Nice little appartments, beautiful area, very casual experience. A little more privacy on the front doors, some air conditioning in the bedrooms and a lot less barking dog and itd be near perfect

Reasonable price for being so close to Smith's beach, lovely apartments. Clean and quite.

The property was unique with the roaming horses, sheep and friendly dogs. The hosts were very welcoming too.

Beautiful surroundings. Everyone was so friendly and welcoming....including the dogs, sheep and horses!! Was only able to stay three nights, but was so quiet and relaxing... it felt like we had been there for a week! We were very impressed with the presentation and cleanliness of the apartment. We highly recommend ‘Premalaya’ and hope to come back soon.

Amazing stay at Premalaya. Room was great for us and two kids. Great location close to lots of nice places to visit. Worth trying a yoga or meditation session with Hayley. Awesome!

The Premalaya was our base for a 3 day stay & was a wonderful setting in the countryside. Lovely & new & clean! Negatives is that on a hot day the smell of the water processor/sewage didn't make it pleasant to sit out on the balcony for long. There is no phone reception & getting onto the WiFi can be a bit of a mission!

Lovely, spacious accommodation in a beautiful setting. First appearances are great, with a lovely welcome from the two dogs and surprising the family sheep. The accommodation is high spec, although the kitchen lacks equipment that you would expect in such an establishment, for example a microwave, and the sofa wasn't at all comfortable. The balcony was great to sit and watch the wildlife. Would definitely stay again.
