Hotel is stylish, rooms are spacious and comfortable, with nice additions such as a range of pillow options. Breakfast buffet included a great selection and it was a high quality. Dinner at the restaurant was excellent,

Great stay

The expectation was quite high as it is a 5 stars hotel and we have experienced a number of ALL groups hotels as my partner is a Silver member. There was no dental kit, slippers, comb , razor blade the usual standard accessories. - when we arrived. We then asked for dental kit and slippers. Also, the name on the screen displayed someone else name. The grout tile in the shower was not clean enough with some orange stains. We were given only 1 small fresh milk although the room was booked for 4 pax. Otherwise, the beds and pillows were very comfortable.

Outstanding stay in a beautiful hotel

Love the single sink in the bathroom as it allowed space for our toiletries. The room was a great size and we are highly likely to book again when staying in Penrith.

Brand new, very clean. Close to everything. Staff are 10/10.

Fantastic hotel!

Absolutely Amazing, this is the second year we have been to stay. The breakfast was delicious and two days in a row different choices. The staff on reception both check in and check out were exceptional. Thanks 😉

Luxurious hotel, awesomely comfortable bed, helpful friendly staff. Great location to multiple food options at the Panthers Club directly across the road. Good free parking under hotel, we were towing a small trailer, it couldn’t have been any easier to park. Will definitely stay again when back in town.

Perfect stay. Modern room and facility. The double large bed is amazing. It’s absolutely five star quality. I am sorry that I just stayed for one night.
