自然ゆたかで環境は良いです。でも自家用車で 行かれる場合には問題ないかも知れませんが バスで行かれた場合は、スーツケースをもっての アップダウンが大変でした。ホテルの近辺でスーパーマーケットは徒歩12〜18分くらいの所にしかないし、コンビニエンスストアまでも徒歩12分以上あります。ホテルに行くまでに何か購入していかれるか、近くのインドネシア料理などのお店に行かれる事をオススメします。シドニーからは 電車→バス→バス乗り換えても交通費はオーバルカードを使えば無料で行けるみたいですが、アクセスが良いとはいえません。時間も1時間20分ほどかかるので、大きなスーツケースを持っての移動は中々大変かもしれません。

フリーWi-Fiでないのが、不便であつまたが、近くにスーパーあり、ピザ屋、酒屋ありで快適であった。シドニーまでも30キロ程度でアクセス問題なし。

It was the little things that make a stay so much nicer: a power point next to each side of the bed, opening windows, a quilt that was not overly warm at night on the lowest aircon setting. The interconnecting room was great for our teen children. Shops and metro station a short walk away. Bed was firm but not uncomfortably so.

The front external steps to the property are damaged, they were the last time we stayed as well so no attempt has been made to repair them. Quite bad for occupational health and safety

I wish I knew I had to pay for parking as the other option I was looking at had free parking. the extra $50 made it much more expensive

This property is excellent value and in a great location. Great facilities, clean and well maintained. Easy parking. Close to great local restaurants and supermarkets.

We were put in a room fitted out for a wheelchair which made us feel a bit uncomfortable at first because it did not mention anything about what we would find in the apartment when we booked. It felt like you may have accidentally put us in a room instead of someone who needed all the aids. But when noone came knocking we felt a bit better. The apartment was clean enough but on the 2nd day we realised there was no toilet paper. The flush button on the toilet was broken. The beds were comfortable & clean. Reception was quite disappointing, the lady who booked us in was not personable, no smile or direction on what she needed from us. No conversation, never asked if we have stayed before. We regularly stay in apartments from Melbourne, Sydney to Queensland & this was one of very few check ins where we felt like it didnt matter whether we were there to check in & stay or not. There is a lot of possible improvement for this property, even down to the welcome letter which is definitely not written in a friendly, welcoming fashion but more of a stern rebuke to guests to be careful & clean & attend to the cleaning of the room.

The receptionist was very friendly. The rooms were decent The swimming pool condition was not good.

Nice modern rooms, clean and kitchen facilities were great. The only let down was the small pool that was not heated and hidden away in the back corner of the carpark.

Great value for money!!! Wel maintained too.

Beautiful hotel with great service however not happy I paid high price online for parking for 1 night but people who were checking in next to me paid a substantially reduced cost at the desk

The property is well maintained, clean, and modern. However, it is a bit inconvenient if you don’t have your own transportation. Closest public transit and shopping/dinning facilities is about 15 to 20 mins walk away. Could be a challenge if the weather is not favorable.
