Welcoming, clean and well furnished

Awesome location, enjoyed our stay.

Always a lovely stay.

We stayed in a 3beds villa for a night after a whole day out on the sea whale watching and everyone is happy with the villa. Spacious, clean, and feeling extra safe that it’s located in a gated complex. Staff is so accommodating by providing us with a very easy process for a late check in.

Quiet and convenient for Fraser Island (K'Gari) trip

Fully furnished and confortable. Some furniture could use an update, but overall it's a nice place to stay.

I took my 2 little dogs, there was a great little grassed area and covered outdoor area for us all to enjoy. Roomy unit with clean and fresh looking furniture, great bed to dive into after a long day.

The Villa was very nice and comfortable. Kids loved the pool. Plus also could take the small dog and was a good size court yard for the dog. Overall highly recommend if staying in Hervey Bay.

Unit was great and clean, we couldnt get wifi password to work but thats minor. We didnt like the 'have to park in garage' rule which was probably in the booking details, as we had to disconnect our tow bar to fit in the garage, unpack outside and only have the driver left to back the ute in. I suppose given the number of units, a car out the front would be in the way.

Such friendly and helpful the managers at this resort. It was clean, spacious and comfortable room. Bed was super comfortable and facilities were great.

Upon arrival the staff were very friendly, helpful and approachable. The property is a self contained villa with modern furnishings, the villa i stayed in had an outdoor area a double lock up garage and beautiful skylights in the kitchen. The location is peaceful and inviting for an afternoon walk of the area and there is a woolworths a few minutes drive away which is convenient. The fact the property offers pet friendly accommodation (although i didn’t utilise it this trip) is a big bonus and will definitely have me and my friends choosing to stay here in the future over other locations.

It is a stunning place for families and your fur baby to stay. Everything was easy about this stay. We will be staying again and can't wait!

The set up was good disappointing that the shower didn’t drain very well ended up with a wet bathroom floor . Maybe the drain is partially blocked ?

There was no mention when booking that the swimming pool and sauna were out of order due to construction and had been for a fair while. After I paid in full I received a message letting me know it was closed until approx the end of June I was booked in on the 16 th July so I thought I would ring to check and was told they both were closed but it did not matter because there not Heated anyway! If I knew this I would not have booked there are plenty of places to stay. There was a problem with the wifi and would not connect to the TV’s when I asked about this I was told we supply wifi to the villa but not the TVs lol you just got the feeling that no matter what you asked it was just dismissed like it is what it is just deal with it..

$100 charge for pets not mentioned anywhere until arrival

Roomy, clean and comfortable perhaps a few more small microwave dishes would be useful.
