We are existing customers and have stayed at this hotel several times in the past. Once again, our stay in the King Room Suite with spa was excellent. The room was spacious, spotless, and beautifully presented, and the spa bath was a real highlight — perfect for relaxing. The bed was very comfortable and the atmosphere felt peaceful. The staff were friendly and welcoming, which is why we continue to return. Highly recommend and we look forward to staying again.

Room was clean bright and very comfortable. Staff not very helpful, quite condescending.

The TV didn't work so I was told to lift it off the wall and turn the power switch on and off because the manager didn't have time to check if everything was working after each letting. I got it going but I found the response from the manager a bit strange.

The place is so comfortable and wonderful, very relaxing. My kids love the place, near to everything , can walk to all places we can interesting to visit. Its so nice.

The door has no key and no lock bolt inside, the access code was preprint on a small piece of paper ...

Wonderful stay. Clean well equipped room. Comfy bed. Easy parking. Helpful staff.

Jeg bodde her 1 natt ifm bilferie i Australia. Rommet var STORT med egen "kjøkkenkrok" Badetrommet hadde også god størrelse. Begge rom var MEGET godt rengjort, vedlikeholdt og komfortable. Av fasiliteter fantes; AC, kjøleskap, mikrobølgeovn, vannkoker inkl kaffe, sjokolade, te og kjeks, TV, WIFI +++ Og på badet; massasjebad Det er ingen servering, men det finnes en Thai restaurant i samme bygning - der kan en også forhåndsbestille frokost (Ikke inkludert / benyttet) Parkering skjer på området (inkludert) Stedets uteområde virket nedprioritert. Personalet var SÆRDELES hyggelige og serviceinnstilte 👍👍👍 Det er kort gåavstand til sjøen og inn til sentrum - der finnes mange forretninger og spisesteder

we stayed overnight for cycling event. rooms are very clean . definitely my go to place for next visit in Batemans bay.

Had a one night stay. Room was large and clean. Convenient location to walk to the shopping centre and restaurants.

Staff were wonderful they helped with checking in as well as informing us about their restaurant. They also helped with telling us about the local supermarket beaches.
