Accomodation: large and spacious. The place did smell of bleach when we entered, but that did give comfort it was clean. They also allowed us to check in around 1pm too. Opened the balcony to air it out so that wasn’t a problem.
Didn’t hear the cars either so didn’t have any noise issues.
Location: great location to the Main Street and 2km walk to the city. Enjoyable walk if you cut through Fitzroy Gardens.
Service: excellent service! Staff we attentive and just lovely to deal with. They even had an umbrella handy for us to use. Stayed here on the weekend of 22 August to 24 August - so thankyou to the team working those days!

Great place to stay
Only annoying thing was the room key cards expired before the checkout time and had to go down to the reception to get them reprogrammed so we could load the car and checkout. This has happened here previously so maybe you shouldn't make the keys expire before the checkout time

We had our dogs with us and it was seamless, easy and welcoming. It's good to find a place to stay where they aren't uptight.
You can hear a lot of plumbing noises in the building which is not Quest's fault but it is not always pleasant.

Lovely, clean and well presented aparthotel with friendly and attentive team. Communication was great, the room was spacious and well presented with modern kitchen and bathroom. The washer and dryer were a bonus. Will highly recommend it to friends and family.

Property is relatively new and immaculately maintained. It’s also located on a quieter street a few blocks away from the Smith Street thoroughfare where there are two major supermarkets and countless other bars, restaurants and cafes.

We stayed in a 1-BR apartment. Very tasteful furnishings, very new bathroom, bedding and linen was excellent and the bedroom was completely dark due to perfectly fitted black out blinds. The size of the apartment and fully equipped kitchen and washing machine plus dryer is perfect for longer stays. Staff on site were helpful and friendly. Car park was only $22 for the night.

Stayed multiple nights. Well located close to Smith St and nicely furnished. Reception staff very welcoming. Unfortunately cleaning/servicing not up to standard. Shower was mouldy and had to call each day to have the room turned over. Housekeeping staff seemed unfriendly and put out by having to service the room. We booked parking in andvance and paid up front only to find the car park had been oversubscribed on one occasion - property needs to manage parking allocations better. Overall, good not great.
