Die Lage des Ap-Hauses ist sehr zentral, 3 Min Fußweg zum Bahnhof und man ist mit der Bahn, ohne Umsteigen, in 50 Min in Melbourne Flinders Street. Parken kann man für 15 $/Tag in der Hochgarage. Wir hatten ein Executive Ap gebucht. Die Einrichtung ist sehr abgewohnt. Herunterhängende Gardinen, fleckige Stoffbezüge, völlig durchgesessenes Sofa, dreckige Balkonmöbel, kein Wäscheständer, kein Schreibtisch im Schlafzimmer, wie auf den Fotos angegeben,

Afternoon staff on the reception very lazy. I have requested twice for extra blanket on my last 2 stays at Quest Dandenong Central. But everytime he just said yes but totally ignored us.

The room was great for our family of 4. Plenty of space and facilities to cater for us all. It was a quiet, clean room with AC in each of the bedrooms. The front desk staff were lovely and really easy to communicate with.

Generally a comfort stay complete with all amenities. Walking distance to shopping center and restaurants.

The hotel suited my needs nicely as i had work in the area. It was clean and convenient.

The Quest Central Dandenong provided an excellent week long base for my wife and I as she underwent serious surgery at a nearby hospital. The hotel's position opposite Dandenong Train Station and being conveniently close to hospital and shopping facilities, made it a first class choice. This was especially so for us, as we live in the country and had to negotiate the added difficulty of being some distance from our home and being in a new and different environment. The front of house staff, especially "Bram", made a rather difficult and confronting moment in our lives that much more able to be dealt with. Bram and the team there were able to meet several requests in the most bright, pleasant and efficient manner possible. Indeed, on every occasion I entered the foyer I was greeted with a friendly smile and greeting. We would most genuinely recommend this hotel to anyone seeking accomodation in the area and are grateful for the support offered us during our stay.
