Reception staff were very helpful

Shower and plumbing was really smelly. Like it would wake me in the night with the musty/mouldy smell. And the windows rattled and I had to stuff cardboard in them to stop the rattle through the night.

Dirty blanket ! I had to ask for another as was too cold !! Water in shower was ridiculous no pressure at all. Bed was old and sunken. Water rot around edge of bathroom floor

Stayed for one night — it did the job. Room was quite spacious, but the bathroom was tiny and awkward to move around in. There was a fair bit of external noise, and the room showed noticeable wear and tear. That said, it’s in a great location — walking distance to the MCG, entertainment arenas, and the city. Fine for a short stay, but wouldn’t rush back.

Quite a small motel. The parking was full so we missed out. Had to park 400m away at the Epworth hospital car park. Shower had some mould but other than that it was alright.

Close to the MCG and AMMI Park

Bed was very hard. But otherwise stay was perfect. Thank you.

Very close to the mcg or venues

Property is not manned at night with one sign claiming to be manned until 11pm and other piece of paper stating times as early as 5pm. If you don’t have your key then it is very difficult to access the property. Property is on a busy road with poor sound proofing. I would not recommend this property unless you are going to a game at the MCG.

Cosy stay for myself and my daughter. The addition of carparking in the street was very much appreciated.

Shower full of moulds on bottom railings. Someone hair still on the shower screen. Smells like curry inside the room when we came in. We have had to open all the windows to get rid of the smell.

Top beer garden

We enjoyed our stay at Quest East Melbourne. Staff were very friendly and helpful, our room and linen were clean, no strange smells, the bed was comfortable. The hotel is also in a very quiet area so we slept well. Close to a tram stop and walking distance from the MCG etc. There are only 3 parks for the whole hotel so book ahead if you need parking. Luckily we got in early enough so that wasn’t a problem for us but would be annoying to have to park somewhere else. Overall a great experience. Nothing really fancy about it but you couldn’t ask for much more for the price. Everything was clean and intact/ in working order so we were happy.

The living environment is very quiet.It also provides a good kitchen.

We had a wonderful short stay at Quest East Melbourne. We had tickets for a concert at Rod Laver Arena, Quest East Melbourne is a perfect place to stay if attending the MCG as well. Publice transport is close by, tram, bus and train! Studio apartment was very roomy and comfortable, one of the best sleeps we have had.

Great spot, perfect if you are attending any events at the MCG

Was easy to book and check in/out. Clean and plenty of space in the room.

Bed was uncomfortable and very low. Difficult to get in and out of. We both woke with sore backs. Shower was tiny. Water damage was poorly repaired by a home handyman. I have never stayed anywhere where the dishwashing liquid was watered down and the scourer/sponge was cut in half. The garage carpark is tiny. Our medium sized SUV just fitted in but we couldn't open the tailgate completely. We had to pack/unpack the car in front of the garage. There was a lot of noise from a neighbouring venue. At least our room was clean. Won't be staying here again.
