とてもキレイなホテルです。 何よりも家族連れの我が家にとっては、室内に洗濯機と乾燥機があるのがとても助かりました。 キッチンもオーブンや電子レンジも揃っていてとても便利でした。 街へはトラムや電車を乗り継いで30分から40分、空港からは空いている時間で20分40～50ドルでした。 ごみが回収されてない日があったのと、バルコニーが汚いのが残念でした。

It was a lovely apartment.

I’ve been at the Quest for 2 weeks now and my family has been here for 4 days and it has been really comfortable with helpful and friendly staff. The hotel is within walking distance of Highpoint Shopping Centre which has theatres, bowling alley and great shops, wonderful for kids.

We stay here every time we come to Melbourne it is our home away from home. The rooms are comfortable and well equipped and the staff are friendly and helpful. The hotel is close to wonderful shopping opportunities and easy public transport if required.

Great all around

We really enjoyed our stay. The staff were so friendly and helpful. A very quiet location, good safe off-street parking. Supermarket opposite and a great restaurant across the road which has fantastic food.

This is our second time in the last few months. Value for money, cleanliness, quietness are reasons for staying again. Unfortunately on this occasion the paid parking must have been overbooked as all parking spots were taken when we returned late Saturday evening. We were lucky enough to find a park on the street. For most people their car is their second most expensive possession behind their house and it is extremely disappointing and unsatisfactory to have to park in an unsecure area especially when you specifically requested paid parking when booking a month prior. A refund of $17 paid for that night was given but small compensation for the inconvenience and risk. Another negative consideration is that lounge is one of the most uncomfortable I have encountered. The same lounge seems to be in all rooms unfortunately. Air conditioning, washer, dryer, water pressure were all good. The hotel is located near a busy corner. There are many no raking and tow away areas in the vicinity so if paid parking is over booked then this becomes a significant issue for anyone with a car that returns late at night.

we didn't like that the rooms were not cleaned on a Sunday, no clean sheets or towels, no sugar, no milk. But were given clean towels, when I asked about it, so that was ok and really our room wasn't dirty and we put up with bed not made up. Other hotels/motels we've stay at, the room got clean towels and sheets everyday. Staff were really nice people and helpful. One thing we didn't know until a couple of days before we were there, was we had to pay for parking every night we were there, not happy about that. But overall a nice hotel.

This property exceeded my expectations. The location was great. Just a short stroll to highpoint shopping centre. Also the apartments were extremely spacious and has great amenities (washing machine, dryer, kitchen)
