Property Manager was very helpful. Location so close to the Huon Hill was great. Apartments were clean and spacious. Secure parking should have been included in the original price and not an extra cost.

The Welcome to the property by Reception staff was fabulous. Easy instructions and information given by staff who appeared to enjoy their job.
Location was excellent, close to amenities without any traffic!
The only issue was the curved floor on the ensuite shower, made it slippery, used the floor mat inside the shower to stop the slipping, the soap dish was loose on the wall, probably grabbed to stop a fall I guess.
Both air conditioners required their filters to be cleaned - message on remote kept coming up.
Overall it was a great overnight stay, comfortable bed and ice cold air conditioning which was much appreciated on a 37 degree night. Will definitely stay here again.

I loved this apartment myself and the kids enjoyed the pool. The only negative was it’s a little bit out of town and you can’t just walk down the street to get a coffee. And they don’t provide coffees or coffee machines which in my mind is a major mistake. I mean I can’t get a coffee I the morning easily? What the H. Anyway another that coffee. Great. Visit Huon Hill while you’re there you can actually drive all the way to the top. Don’t walk two hours like I did!!!

Clean, spacious 1 bedroom apartment,
5 minute walk to main shopping centre and dining options.
Pool area nice with plenty of chairs and a barbeque.
Only negative when checking in, staff did not tell us where our room was. Had to ask.

The reception staff were very nice. The hotel room was a bit office like. The outside windows faced directly into the hotel’s office. We could see hotel staff inside the office and I’m sure they could see us. It was only a couple of meters away.
There was no shampoo or body wash in the main shower. The shower also had this weird blue light flashing from the shower head. It was really off putting.
The bedside tables have very sharp edges. My son cracked his head on one and needed a stitch!
The bathrooms need better air ventilation as it impacted the whole hotel room.
The pool was nice.
With better attention to detail and a tweak here or there it would be a really nice hotel.
