ビーチに近く　親切なスタッフ　また利用させて頂きたいです。

部屋は新しくキッチンや洗濯機もあり生活しやすかったです。駐車スペースはセキュリティは万全でしたが少し狭かった。スタッフの対応も素晴らしかった。

とても清潔感があり、対応も親切でした。 事前にレイトチェックインの連絡をしたら丁寧な対応をしてくださり、 アーリーチェックアウトとそれに合わせたタクシーの手配、迅速かつ丁寧に対応してくださいました。 とても快適に過ごせました。

Carpets were disgusting

I was expecting views of the ocean from balcony but out unit was off to the side. Renovated kitchen and bathroom but carpet was dirty.

A terrific to stay, very comfortable accommodation, all utilities available within the room. Bed very comfortable! Staff were so good with help. Short walk to the beach. Anyone wanting to have a mini break or longer stay would recommend this property!!

The rooms were beautiful and clean. Just would like milk or something like that in the fridge for a late arrival

Great views and close to the beach.

Didn't like the fact that they advertised a pool and all there was was a little spa for residents only.

I loved the location. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Love the location however the apartment had several issues, bathroom extractor fan started banging so loudly you could hear in the corridor on day 2 of stay and we were told no one could Come to repair it that day, meaning we had to shower in the dark as the fan would come on every time we turned the bathroom light on. Engineer eventually came but couldn’t fix it however disconnected it from the light so we at least had light in the bathroom, it still wasn’t working when we left despite several reminders to the front desk. The dishwasher also got stuck on a wash setting so we just washed the dishes by hand after that. The apartment wasn’t vacuumed at all during our stay and the exterior terrace floor, table and chairs were filthy so I bought cleaning products to clean them. We stayed here 5 years ago and came back this time as we loved the location however the last time the apartments were much newer.

Hotel was in a great location, near the beach, room was nice, clean, comfy beds. Receptionist was really lovely. Stored our cases until our room was ready and sand the next day as we didn’t leave until late. Lovely little cafe underneath hotel.

Lovely property

The lift did not work so we were forced to climb up and down the fire stairs to levels 4 and 5 with our 83 year old mother and the luggage. One night we were suck in the fire stairwell and the night manager who was not on site did not answer the phone. We had no alternative but to dial 000. The next morning the door to our apartment would not open which is frightening to think we were trapped in the apartment.

We paid for a family 3bedroom suite and a one bedroom suite. We confirmed 3 days out what rooms we had. Upon arrival, the one bedroom suite had a king bed. Not what we asked for. They world not seperate the beds. My two adult kids did this. Then after day 1, the elevator broke and we had to use the stairs for 5 levels. With an elderly lady that couldn't climb stairs. They offered a two bedroom suite on the other side of the property, but we had three rooms for a reason. The plants outside smell like marijuana everytime you walk out the door. The kids room had bugs coming out of their bathroom sink and it smelt like sewage after day 1. Never staying there again.
